Jean Martin Moyle
After high school I attended Florida State University for two years, then married Jon Moyle (PBHS Class of ’52). He was in the Marine Corps and we spent 3 years at Camp Lejeune, NC. I worked at the base library (a great job – always quiet and cool!) and we saved enough money for both of us to enroll at the University of Florida. Jon got a law degree and I got a degree in elementary education. So all these years I’ve been able to cheer for both the Seminoles and the Gators! (This is a little confusing to my grandchildren, who are die-hard Gator fans). We have three wonderful children, three terrific grandchildren and love visiting them all…in Tallahassee, Colorado and California. We have lived in West Palm Beach most of the time since college, and have enjoyed scuba diving, skiing, hiking and boating, (we’ve discovered kayaks are the best…no engine to repair!). I’m looking forward to seeing my PBHS classmates again!
