Comments - I hope some people realize that I'm not biased toward any character shrines, nor do I look for specific Kero shrines and try to praise them as the Best. Onto the review! Look! It's a splash page with a choice between different browsers: Internet Explorer or Netscape. Heeyy, this is a pretty main design. Here's a nice Kero image, relaxing in all his glory. Under the picture, the navigation. The menu's pretty straightforward, some webmasters prefer to name part of their site with different, unique names but that can get pretty confusing so this is a nice break. The information ranges from a broad range of little things that make Kero-chan. . . well, Kero-chan. Gisella comments on Hisakawa Aya, Kero's small form seiyuu who played Sailormercury from Sailormoon and Skuld from Ah! Megami-sama!. (She also played Amara Suu from Love Hina!) Not many Kero shrines have a small little section devoted to Ms. Hisakawa like that. The Kero-chan Ni Omakase is all right. Nothing in the image galleries or in the 'sounds' section seem to be direct-linked. Overall, a very nicely done site. It looks like she's invested a lot of effort into this site.

Miscellaneous

I don't think I can imagine a Kero-chan speaking standard Japanese.

Tips

Splash pages with requirements aren't enough. The only good splash pages are the ones with choices. (IE or Netscape, frames or no frames. . .)
