Although I'm requesting for your financial support, I am 100% opposed to

 program of providing REBATE for election DONATIONS. I'm vehemently

opposed to the increased salaries that the COUNCILLORS and the MAYOR

 voted in for themselves this year for their future pay. There must never be

 a raise greater than the MEAN inflation rate for the period.
