Bio: The Prez' seventh EFed. The Prez missed the fun of running an EFed. He decided to rebuild WNW. The first Rule of WNW the Second is: "I will do my best to make sure that this EFed stays as uncomplicated, easy, and as simple as possible. No bullshit, I expect the same in return." That makes sense, seeing as WNW the First got all complicated and messed up, everyone got pissy, and the whole thing got shot to hell on it's birthday party! The Prez became World and United Champion early and quickly dominated the Fed. After about a six month period as Champion, his reign ended in probably the best moment of all time at EFedMania 2. The Prez has recently been declared insane and lost control of WNW II. He recently got a third of the Ownership back alongside Foley, and Chief Edwards. The Prez has now resorted to caniblism to solve his problems. The Fed got shot to hell after some personal issues. The Prez has decided to open a new one, without all the damn history.
