| The High Council is a vital part of every pack. It is comprised of the Pack Ranks (Alphas, Betas, and Deltas) and anyone else the Alpha thinks can be trusted in important descisions. High Council boards are usually password protected, the passwords can be obtained from the Alpha via email. The Alpha has the right to chose who is on the Council and is not. Now, the High Council is in charge of any major descision within the pack. When a High Council is called, it is usually of the utmost importance. But also, the secluded areas that are used for the High Council meetings can also be used as a sort of 'officers club'. Now, if you are a member of a High Council; you may proceed.
