Well not much has happened since the last time I wrote. That being said, this is going to be a short entry, but I really needed to do one. My friends and family that are regular readers of these pages were starting to wonder if I was still amongst the living. LOL!
I passed my homework for lesson 16, so on to lesson #17. I'm just about done with my initiation cord. IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME!! All I'm waiting for now is for Michael's to get in a shipment of silver cording. Then I can braid it all together and be completely done. That's about it for the spiritual realm.
My love life is still on hold. Which is o.k.
I've quit smoking again. I have officially gone 4 days and 5 hours without a smoke! Woohoo! You know...I've done this so often now that I don't get the usual painful, cranky feeling anymore. Chris has also quit too and has the same amount of time smokefree as I do. I'm so proud of him. I've also started working out. It is time to build my summer body. I know I'll still be skinny, but buffed skinny is hot! I'm hoping to be nice and toned by the time I go back up to visit my family in June.
I signed up for violin lessons today on my lunch break. The instructor should be getting in touch with me soon. I'm so excited.

P.S. I shaved my beard on February 1st. Now, I'm my youthful self again! YAY! While I love my beard, it does get old after a couple of months.
