Hey there again!
Well this weekend was very nice, but too damn short. I got a lot of rest, which I needed after the week I had last week. It was a very dark, gray, depression week. It was probably the combination of the Full Moon and Mercury being retrograde. Also, it was the one month point 'til Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day is gonna suck...I can just see it. This Valentine's Day will be the first one I've spent single since 1996. But...then again, who knows what will happen between now and then. Also, last week was bad because I was victim of a low grade psychic attack. Someone, I don't know who or if they did it purposely, was feeding on my self-doubts and lack of sleep from the Full Moon. Luckily, I realized this during the weekend and took care of it.
Chris is working an insane schedule. His last day of was on the 12th for Jodi's wedding. He doesn't get another one until the 26th. YUCK! He is also working 12 hour days. Michaels is preparing for a big visit by the head honchos in Texas sometime next week. It's just a matter of time before Chris goes into bitchy mode. He was close yesterday because he had a really bad day.
How is my week so far? Fantastic now that I've taken care of the psychic attack. However, I'm still not sleeping well because of the whole Full Moon thing, but that should be over soon.
How about my love life? It is on hold. I'm enjoying being single. On my personal ads I am at the top of my best matches, so I've decided to date myself for awhile.
How's work? It's the same. Things at Hidden Villa don't change much. At least, not from my area anyway.
Anything else new and exciting. Well, I finally completed the homework for the 16th lesson in the 2nd degree. I only have 5 lessons left. I could be finished with that by March, but unfortunately I have to wait until June 13th to take the final, because of the year and a day tradition. That's o.k. though because I can take my time with the homework and concentrate on writing the new curriculum for the College. I have been given the Faeries portion for both of the new 1st and 2nd degree. YAY!!
