I don't really have much to talk about this week. Life is still going good. Chris and I are doing well. Everybody we've told is totally amazed how easy the breakup went and how well we're doing as friends. This weekend marks the 1 month of our breakup. What kind of gift do you give for a "Let's not be husbands anymore, let's just be friends"? LOL!
So how's my love life, you may be asking? Well, right now I'm not really looking for anything. Chris and I still have sex, just to ease the tension that may build with 2 horny gay men in the same house. I thought that would be weird, but honestly, it is just two friends giving each other a helping hand, no pun intended there.
So what's going to happen when one of us hooks up with somebody else? I guess we'll just have to deal with it. It's pretty likely at least one of us will get lucky during Gay Days at Disney on Oct. 4th thru 6th. So we're pretty much prepared for any emotions that may pop up.
The fact many people seem to overlook when discussing our breakup is that Chris and I still love each other deeply. "Then why aren't you together?" WE ARE! Just because we're no longer a couple, doesn't mean we're still not as cohesive as we were. If anything, I'm a little itchy. (Sorry, a little humor- Christy, I hope you remember that. LOL!) If anything, Chris and I have gotten closer together through this. He's an intregal part of my family and nothing will ever change that. Sometimes the bonds of family and friends is much stronger than the bonds of lovers.
O.K., well I guess I'm done for today. I hope you all are having a good week, even though Mercury is retrograde. Only 2 more weeks and that'll clear up. If I don't write back before then, you all have a great weekend. What do I have on tap for this weekend? Absolutely nothing. And you know what? I kinda like it like that, at least for this weekend anyway.
