Hello everybody! I hope you all had great weekends! Mine was fantastic but exhausting.
On Saturday, I didn't do much until about 3:00 p.m., Chris and I headed over to Disneyland so that I could meet Lady Raven, my High Priestess, and her family. I met her at the Partners statue at about 5. I was very nervous. I was happy to find out that she was very down to earth and I had no reason to be nervous. Her children are adorable. Since she just flew in and came directly from their hotel, I decided I'd let her spend some time with her family. So, Chris and I walked around Disney for the rest of the evening. We were flirting with some of the cute guys that were around. I looked and felt good and it must have shown because I was getting a lot of attention in return. By the about 9, our legs were tired so we decided to go home. I wasn't awake for very much longer after that.
I woke up at 6:30 Sunday morning so that I could be at Disneyland at 9 to hang out with Lady Raven and her family. I reached Disney by 8:45 and stood over by the Partners statue, where we agreed to meet. 9, 9:30, 9:45. I decided to call her cell phone. Her son answered and informed me that they were still at the hotel and getting ready. I asked him to tell Lady to give me a call when they got into the park. 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:15. I called her cell phone again and got her voicemail. I left a message asking if she was in the park. During this time, I was walking around the park. I also rode a couple of rides. I was distracted so I didn't do much cruising. I had a smoke and pulled my cell phone out of my pocket around 11:30. I missed a call? How could that be, I had been outside most of the time. I had a voicemail from Lady Raven. She apologized profusely. It seems they didn't leave Disney 'til 11 last night and were entirely exhausted. She told me that they were eating at the Blue Bayou and that she would call me when they were done. So, I left her a message in return telling her that I would be over in the New Orleans Square area waiting for her. 11:45, 12:00, 12:30, 12:45, 1:00. At 1, I started to get hungry, so I left her a voicemail telling her that I was going to McDonalds and that I'll call when I'm back in the park. At this point, I figured if I couldn't get a hold of her once I got back in the park, then I would go home, because I was obviously not meant to hang out with her. So, as I walked out of the park, I pulled my cell phone out of my pocket. I missed another call! O.K., that's weird. It was from Lady Raven, one minute after I had called her. LOL! So, I ate at McDonalds and got back in the park and decided to call her again. This time she answered and told me exactly where her and her family were. So, at last, I was able to hang out with them. The rest of the day was great! I can't believe I was nervous about meeting her. Her children loved me! At the end of the day, I caught the bus home at 10:25 p.m. and I was completely drained. I didn't get to bed until 11:30 because I had to tell Chris about my day and show him the bag of stones Lady had bought for me. I told him that both Lady Raven and her children were disappointed that he couldn't join us, but they understood that he had to work. All in all I had a great time. I hope she comes down again in the near future.
