Hello All! Well, it has been awhile since I've given you an update into my life. I'm growing my winter fur (beard) again. It started on Nov. 1st and I'll have it until Feb. 1st. I'll post some pics when it starts to come in nicely. On the College of the Sacred Mists front, I've joined the Sacred Mists Psychic and Divination Alliance. Basicly we're the fortune-tellers and soothsayers of the College. This decision came from the fact that I can no longer hide my abilities. I had an interesting experience last week where we contacted the dead in celebration of Samhain (Halloween for you non-pagans). So after that, I contacted the SMPDA and they welcomed me with open, insightful arms. I have my first readings with students tomorrow. I'm very excited.
On the romantic front, replies to my personal ads on Yahoo, Dreammates,and Match.com have tapered off and surprisingly I'm happy about that. I almost slept with a guy from Bally's. His name was Daniel. I got his number, so who knows, it could still happen.
I have been smoke-free for 76 hours now and still going strong. At the Samhain ritual online, I asked the Crone Goddess to take my addiction with Her to the Underworld because I no longer wanted it to be part of me. Happy to say, She has remained true to her word.
I told my lil' sis that Chris and I broke up and she cried. She doesn't want me to be alone and I assured her that I wasn't. She felt better when she heard that Chris and I are still friends and there for each other. Now, I need to muster up the courage to tell my parents.
