MIDNIGHT

This poem was written after "Insomnia" was, so all the info. on "Insomnia" still applies to this poem. However, I do recall somebody waking up and talking to me as I was writing this. Who that person was, I can't remember.

Darkness has taken over the day,
And banished all light away.
This my world, world of surprise,
Don't you dare close your eyes.

Mystery and Magic do their dance,
Giving birth to sweet Romance.
The world is as quiet as a mouse,
With people snoring in their house.

I'm the ruler of this land.
I'm the one in command.
If you listen to what I say,
All the fear will go away.

Until the rising of the Sun,
This night has just begun.
