![]() THE ENDLESS SPECULATION REGARDING THE TRIFORCE This section is a collection of the MANY, and I do mean Many, discussions and rumors about the Triforce. I by no means am endorsing these as being actual fact. Like the other Triforce Rumors, this should provide a basis for determination of whether there is or is not a Triforce. I will tell you this: Be warned this page is a mine field of possibly misleading information from gamers some rather young, that have made up fictitious stories. Some seem to have validity to them, but I will let you be the judge. Well here, they are... [email protected]: Um, Video Gamer X. Me and my friend visited your site, and we saw your "Triforce Found" rumor. About blowing up all the gossip stones. It's impossible. For one thing, the four gossip stones in front of the temple of time are not able to be blown up. You can't use bombs in front of the temple! Also, the Triforce can only be obtained in the Japan version. If you look real close at the front walls once inside of the Temple of Time, you will see the outlines of two doors. Those are the doors to the Triforce of Wisdom and Power. One leads to fighting Ganon's reincarnation, a freaky blue Ganon. That's where the Triforce of Power is. The Triforce of Wisdom is in the other room, where it is filled of tough puzzles and crap like that. At the end Zelda rewards you with the Triforce, and you can beat the runner, attract 80 pound fish, (yes 80), and also do a whole lot of other crap. You know the falls if you jump down to the cliff at the bottom of Gerudo Valley? You can swim up those to reveal the hidden Valley of Gold, where you can obtain the Platinum Sword, and the Book of The Divine Relic. I hope this helped you out.[email protected]: This site has been very active in the pursuit of the Triforce, which as we all know is never achieved after Ganon's demise. Now I must admit, I was quite disappointed when I noticed the lack of two important Zelda features: The golden triangles and the kiss (ok so I am a sap, but c'mon, like the ending of Zelda 2: The Adventures of Link isn't the greatest?!) Anyway, I read the information that Kenneth Burton supplied about gaining the Triforce, and yes, I immediately set out to bomb every single one of those annoying rocks. However, 2 days later and quite distressed, I cannot make his explaination work out. Has anyone?? I haven't seen anything on the webpage, so a thousand apologies if it does work. But it got me to thinking.....Zelda 64 is the prequel to all of the other Zelda games. It takes place before the first Zelda on the regular, good old 8-bit Nintendo. A game filled with the magic wand, pieces of meat....and one triangle! Only one section of the Triforce is obtained...Zelda's Triforce of Wisdom, which is split up into all those pieces and eventually put together. So that means that Ganon still had the Triforce of Power, and Link the Triforce of Courage in the original Zelda. Ok...now to my question: if you can achieve the entire triforce in Zelda 64, how does it become all split up again for the original Zelda game? Perhaps another story, another game... [email protected]: My Screen Name is [email protected] and I have found the Triforce. First of all you have to have all 6 medallions, Shadow, Spirit, Fire, Forest, Light, and Water. Then you goto Zoras fountain(the area where Jabu-Jabu was). You should have the Scarecrow song. Search around by swimming for a really large log. Climb to the VERY top of it and face the rockface. If you can't see it use C Up to see it. Navi will turn green on it. Play ScareCrows Song and Pierre(The Scarecrow) will appear on there. Use the Longshot to hook onto him and search around the rock for a triforce symbol. It is very faint. Play Zeldas Lullaby there and a treasure box will appear. Inside the Treasure box is a map. It will tell you about a hidden place in Lake Hylia, (not the Water Temple). Use the serenade of water to teleport to Lake Hylia but in the waters there will be an annoying creature. Use the longshot to kill it anf this hole(doorway thingy) will appear. Use Zoras Tunic, Silver or Gold Scale, or if you need Iron boots to go in there. Inside there, it will be labeled "???" because you don't know what it is yet. go through the door in front of you and you'll have to face this really annoying creature, Biggorons Sword/Spin Slash might help you kill it more easily. Once its dead it will drop a box. open the box and you get a silver key. Use the key to open the door in front of you and you'll be in a room where there is a golden treasure box. Use the lens of truth and look up with it and you'll see a place where you can use your longshot to attach to. Do that and you'll fight another annoying creature. It will have a golden key from it so go back down. Open the Golden Treasure box and you'll get one part of the triforce, The Triforce of Power. Go into the next room where Zelda will be. She will give you the Triforce of Wisdom. Then go into the next room where you'll see a pedestal like the one in the screen shot with the last part of the triforce on it. Take it and Link will hold up The entire Triforce!! And thats how you get it! Raul Quintana:I read all of the triforce rummors and they all sound very real but the one that you have at the triforce found? part sounds pretty interesting, did you noticed the song at the title screen of the game, did it sound familiar, but you never heard it in zelda; it's form mario bros 3, the little flutes song, when you called the tornado to GO TO ANOTHER WORLD. i bet that's the song this guy is talking about. i would really like to try this gossip stone blowing thing but not all of them can get to the sky, some of them are inside holes and in other places, do you have to do it in a particular order? Mike Bowinger: maybe the guy that you sell the 10 big poes to has something to do with the triforce. i say this because if you look at and around him, he has the triforce symbol on his vest and what looks like a drawing of it hanging next to him bed. doesn't it seem kinda wierd how he only give you a bottle anyway? just a thought. [email protected]: I have no real leads as to where to find the triforce, but I just wanted to say, don't believe this Zac person about the Blue Fairy. He said the Blue Fairy was Japanese and the other one American. However, if anyone has ever seen Jap. animation, or read a Japanese comic book, than they would know that It's more likely to be the other way round. Also I want to say that most people think you can get the Triforce if you never die. This may be true, but how many people do you know have done this so far? I've never seen it done. I do however have another theory on how to get the Triforce, In the castle entrance, before you sneak in, there is a small opening near the gossip stone just above the vines that you climb. I've tried to get up there but I've only gotten a glitch where I keep bouncing up and down for a while before I fall. [email protected]: Okay, I heard this rumor in a chat room, I doubt it's going to work but here it is. Triforce Rumor (2nd Quest Rumor) You have to beat the game without dying with your character named "Link", then play through the entire game again, with your character named "Link" and you must not die at all. Same with the third save, so you should now have 3 individual saves named "Link" which are all done with the game without dying at all. Supposedly a new save will appear and you will begin a second quest to get the Triforce. I was thinking you could use the copy feature, but I haven't tried that yet either. Adult Link Rumor This is the rumor on how to start out as Adult Link, it is to hold every button down on the controller when you turn the game on exceot the START button, then when it says press start, let go and pres start, and name your character "Adult Link". I tried this and Adult Link would not fit, so i replied to my source and he said try "A Link" i didnt bother... you can if you like though [email protected]: First of all you have to have all 6 medallions, Shadow, Spirit, Fire, Forest, Light, and Water. Video Gamer X Says: Hmm...Seems like this gamer was duped by the gamer who sent me the same rumor (further back on this very page). I don't why people propagate red-herrings. [email protected]: Ok, at first I didn't believe the stuff about the two versions. Then a couple of days ago I went over to my friends house (who just got Zelda for Christmas) and I reliezed that he had different songs than I did. They were basically the same thing but you could notice that they weren't the same tune and they didn't have all the same notes in them. This could be a clue to finding the Triforce. |
