Blackstone Design Portfolio

I am a creative professional with extensive project experience from concept to development. I have worked in the industry of Architecture and Engineering for the last four years. I started out as a Structural Designer, where I learned the fundamentals of design and industry standards. I have since then started my own business, Blackstone Drafting & Design, where I am currently working in the Architectural realm creating construction documents, 3D models, renderings and client presentations. The background in Graphic Design has helped shape my skills as a independent consultant.

For hobbies I enjoy hiking, traveling & exploring. I also enjoy volenteer work that makes an impact on the community. I have worked with groups such as Habitat for Humanity and most recently Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana.

Through my Associates degree at Southern Maine Community Collage I gathered many skills in computer aided design. I am skilled in 2D software as well as 3D Building Information Modeling software’s. This ties directly into the computer aided software I have learned at Southern New Hampshire University. Within the Adobe suite I have learned 2D animation and 3D modeling software as well as photoshop and illustrator to name a few. Through my professional experiences I have learned many skills such as client interface and communication, team goal oriented tasks and time management through multitasking deadlines.
