?Something in Red?
?Mr. Potter, do you have this in a red color?? Felicia asked the old man who owned her favorite shop, across town from her apartment. He nodded and she followed him to a side room.
?Felicia Ann, what are you doing? That is just a tad edgy, don?t you think?? Aleigh, Felicia?s younger cousin screeched as she looked at the dress Felicia was eyeing.
?That?s not my name, Aleigh Lynn!? Felicia smirked as she pulled the dress from Aleigh?s hands. ?I?m looking for a dress to go out tonight.? She turned to the owner. ?Yes, that?s fine, as always. Do you have a garter to match? Oh, and stockings.? Felicia grinned. She had the perfect place and man in mind.

I?m looking for something in red
Something that?s shocking to turn someone?s head
Strapless and sequined and cut down to there
Stockings and garters and lace underwear
A guaranteed number to knock the men dead
I?m looking for something in red

?Mr. Potter, do you have something this style in green?? Felicia asked as she held up the sparkling aqua gown.
?I?m thinking jade, right Ms. Felicia?? Mr. Potter asked as he pulled out a short jade sun dress and matching sandals. He could always read her mind.
?Oh, it?s perfect! Donna, eat your heart out, because Lance is mine!? Felicia laughed as she slipped the dress over her head and spun in a short circle.

I?m looking for something in green
Something to out do an ex-high school queen
Jealousy comes in the color of jade
Do you have some pumps and a purse in this shade?
And perfume that whispers, ?please come back to me.?
I?m looking for something in green

?Mr. Potter! He proposed!? Felicia cried out as she ran into his dress shop.
?That?s wonderful, Felicia.? Mr. Potter replied looking at the diamond band Felicia thrust into his face. ?I suppose you?ll be looking for a dress, right?? he smiled when she nodded happily. ?Come on then, I have just the thing. Do you want a veil or flowers for those curls of yours?? Mr. Potter asked as he led her to his private collection of gowns. He smiled lovingly at the young girl he looked on as his daughter.
?Oh, I don?t know, but the train. I want a long train. At least four feet.? she smiled.
Mr. Potter?s eyebrows creased in the center. ?Only four? I thought you?d be looking around at least six or seven.?
Felicia blushed. ?You?re right, at LEAST six. With a corset top, I have to be about this big.? she exaggerated, holding her hands about five inches apart. The both laughed as she browsed through the beaded gowns.

I?m looking for something in white
Something that shimmers in soft candle light
Everyone calls us the most perfect pair
Should I wear a rose or a veil in my hair?
Oh, the train must be long and the waist must be tight
I?m looking for something in white

It had been about a year since Felicia had stepped foot into Mr. Potter?s dress shop. She had moved into a larger apartment with Lance on the east side and was busy with her new little boy. The bell rang as she pushed the carrier through the door. Mr. Potter looked up from where he was hemming a dress and smiled.
?Miss Felicia, how wonderful to see you again.? the old man grinned as Felicia pulled Lance to her side and handed him the baby basket. She gingerly hugged him and smiled.
?Mr. Potter, I?d like you to meet my husband, Lance, and my son, Joaquin. I was wondering if you had anything in his size? You?ve always had mine.? she put a hand on the older man?s shoulder and he led her to his maternity ward area, leaving Lance to the front of the shop.
?Now, something for the child. . .hmm...how?s married life treating you, my dear?? Mr. Potter asked as he glanced back to the handsome blond.
?It?s great.? Felicia sighed. ?But, it?s not like when we met. You know what I mean?? she smiled wistfully at her husband.
?That?s how it is, sweetie.? Mr. Potter nodded solemnly. ?That?s just how it is sometimes.?

I?m looking for something in blue
Something that?s tiny, the baby?s brand new
He has his father?s nose and his chin
We once were hot lovers, now we?re more like friends
Don?t tell me that?s just what old married folk do
I?m looking for something in blue

?Mr. Potter, I need your help, one last time.? Felicia rushed into his shop an exasperated look on her tan face. ?I need a dress.?
Mr. Potter smiled. ?That?s what I?m here for, dear.?
She sighed worriedly. ?I know, but not just any dress. I need the exact same dress as the one I wore when I first met Lance. It?s for our anniversary, and I?ve just got to find one.?
The old man smiled. ?Let?s see if I still have one. What size?? he asked flipping cautiously through a rack of blood red gowns.
?Just a size lager than the first.? her eyes lit up as he held a gown up off the pole. ?Oh, that?s it. It?s gorgeous, exactly the same as I remember it.? Felicia exclaimed as she rushed back to the counter to pay for it. ?How much?? she asked as she fished her checkbook out of her purse.
?Nothing at all.? Mr. Potter patted her hand. ?Just go knock him dead for me.? Felicia kissed the old man on the cheek and hugged him one last time before walking out of the store for the last time.

I?m looking for something in red
Like the one that I wore when I first turned his head
Strapless and sequined and cut down to there
Just a size larger than I wore last year
A guaranteed number to knock the man dead
I?m looking for something
I?ve got to have something
I?m looking for something . . . in red
