!!!! Note for those of you who wish to pursue Master's degree in the US !!!!

In order to pursue a Master's degree in the US, you should have studied for 4 years or studied equivalent credits of courses at the Bachelor's level. So just doing BCom or BA from an Indian college will not make you eligible for pursuing Master's degree in America (in most of the cases). You will have to do Masters level study. Harvard Business School accepts the India 3-year course for MBA. SomeAmerican colleges accept you into their Masters degree programme if you have done the 3 year BA/BCom and then done CA. But those of you with an engineering, pharmacy, architecture, law or medicine degree will be eligible. At present, all the Indian colleges offer 3 year BA/BSc/BCom/BBA but Kathmandu University (Nepal) offers 4 yr BA/BBA/BSc. BA (Hons) and BCom (Hons) degree holders of Delhi University are considered eligible for purusing Master's degree in most of the colleges of the UK but you will have to check for USA and Australia.
