In the course of time, the temperature of the Earth gradually increased. A condition called Global Warming is said to be responsible for this. Global Warming is a phenomenon which the atmosphere becomes warmer due to the increase of greenhouse gasses. Last July 29,2016, BCC celebrated the Earth Day with the theme, "Lend a hand to serve trees". The culmination was underway with an invocation and the so called tagging of the pledges to the withered tree of the students for the Mother Earth. Due to the weather condition, the parade was done inside the vicinity of the school.

        Unity is not a formula or a program, it is a human activitiy that comes deep from the heart and considers the feeling of each other. It is an attitude, an outlook and certainly not just a routine. BCCnians unites on their clean-up drive in accordance to the Earth Day Culmination of the School. Each of the different clubs had their own designated area of responsibility. It was a great opportunity for the students to experience this kind of activity because it is for the development of their ability of being committed on what they do and have that kind of oneness in achieving such goal.

        Binalbagan Catholic College observes health month through culminating Nutrition Day last July 29,2016 with the theme, " ". The highlight of the event was the Vegetable Cooking Contest which was participated by the different clubs of the school. JPIA club, won the first place followed by the SYFEX club and CSC club. The activity proved to be a gratifying one, as the students clearly understood the importance of our health.

        The participating clubs was given three hours to prepare their vegetable recipes and to be judge by the chosen faculty members of the school. Each club must have three representatives and was given three hours to prepare and cook their vegetable recipes. The painting contest and the cooking contest was simultaneously done.

        Alongside with the culmination of the Earth Day, the Math and Science club who sponsored the event held a painting contest that must be relevant to the theme. Each club must have their two representatives and was given 2hours to conceptualize their material. Junior Accounting Technologist Club was held as the winner of the painting contest. Computer Science Club and SYFEX Club got the consolation prizes.
