A Personal Experience


Waidangong is an exercise that everyone should know. Let me relate the experience I gained from practicing it. Before I started practicing this wonderful exercise I used to dream of deceased relatives and friends in my sleep. It was so disturbing and frightening after I woke up. The reasons might be that I felt sad and could not stop thinking that they had departed from this world.


One day I casually mentioned to a friend about this happening and surprisingly she told me she also had the same problem before but was cured after exercising Waidangong and so advised me to take up the exercise. At first I was quite skeptical. Nevertheless I decided to try out. After doing Waidangong exercise for some months I found that it really gave me some benefits. I dreamt less often and eventually without realizing it, I had better and peaceful sleep.


Now I truly believe that Waidangong does benefit me physically mentally and emotionally. I would like to advise those people who are ignorant about Waidangong to find out for themselves the benefits they will gain from this exercise.


I practice Waidangong daily and faithfully because I know it will give me better health and therefore enjoy life in my twilight years. Perseverance and patience is the key to success in Waidangong.
