the next part is a series of lines
it is made by using the command <HR>.
i inserted the TAG or command several times
with a break tag <BR> in between
to produce the big spaces between the lines....

To Create a less than " < " sign, type "&" and "lt" together...
that is without the Quote marks and spaces in between.
to type the other sign " > ", the tag is "&" plus "gt".
