Summary
While waiting for her finance to return from the U.S., Tuyet Anh tries to get an office job in order to help out her mother. Unfortunately, she is tricked by Tu Thanh. He gets her drunk and turns her over to a customer of his. Waking up in shock she dashs out of the place and returns home. Tuyet Anh does not have the courage to face Tung and thinks that is she no longer good enough for him. She leaves home without her mother's acknowledgment.

Returns to VN, Tung learns of this incident through a friend and is determined to hunt down the person who caused Tuyet Anh so much pain. However, when he comes face-to-face with Tu Thanh, he is not able to say one word for this man is also his father. To make up for her lost, Tung searches for Tuyet Anh and begs her to marry him. He is able to convince her and they returns to Saigon.

During the family gathering, Tuyet Anh's mother, recognizes Tu Thanh as her ex-husband. Tung and Tuyet Anh learn the truth that Tu Thanh is actually Tuyet Anh's biological father and is only Tung's stepdad. He accepts his wrong doings and begs for forgiveness from everyone.

Review
I didn't like this movie that for two reasons. One, for its commonly-seen plot and two for TL not appearing much in the film. All of her scenes were only about thirty minutes or so. Otherwise, I don't really have any specific reasons as to why I didn't like this movie. Certain movies just click while others don't, and this happens to be one of those that did not align too well with my personal preference.
