Dr.Mangat R Dogra is an Associate Prof. of Ophthalmology at Post Graduate Institute Chandigarh. He did his two years fellowship in Vitreoretina from University of Maryland, Baltimore USA. For the Last 10 years he is exclusively devoted to diseases and surgery of vitreous and retina. His special areas of interest is Retinopathy of Prematurity(ROP).

He has Conducted workshops, instruction courses and delivered guest lectures all over the country regarding ROP. He is treasurer of Vitreo Retinal Society India.He has published over 60 papers in national and international Journals.
