| Dr. S.P.S. Grewal graduated from Medical College Patiala in 1975 and pursued his postgraduate studies in the department of ophthalmology at GMC Patiala. He joined PGI in 1981 as a senior resident and devoted his time to develop skills in medical and surgical retina. He later on worked as a consultant in the same department at PGI. He was awarded a who fellowship for training in lasers Moorfield‘s eye Hospital London. He has the distinct honour of winning Col.Rangachari Gold medal by the AIOS. He left PGI as Associate Prof. and ventured in to setting a state of art Eye clinic at Chandigarh providing modern and standard eye care to the patients. |
