| In 1995, a woman in the Highland area was driving down a road when she reportedly saw a hooded figure hunched over just off the roadside. As she approached it, she noticed that it appeared to have a blade of some kind. Alarmed, she notified the local authorities. Upon their investigation, nothing was found. This is one of a small number of cases where this entity is described as possessing some sort of visible "weapon". Why this would be remains a mystery and the time of day surrounding this alleged incident remains unknown. |
