The 50 Most Important Women in My Life and why they matter

JENNIFER LOVE HEWITT-
This is a woman I admire for her bubbly personality off camera and her keen sense of dramatic acting on camera. Where ever you see her it is sure to entertain you. Be it in commercials for Milk or Neutogena, movies like I Know What You Did Last Summer and Can't Hardly Wait or just chilling with her castmates on Party of Five, Jennifer always entertains her audience. And While she has only become famous recently I am sure this is a face we will be seeing a lot more of her in years to come. The photograph on the left was obtained by going to absolute's entertainment network where there are many pictures of many different celebrities and much information on them as well. Jennifer is currently single as far as I know. She was rumored to have dated television star Will Friedle and MTV V-Jay Carson Daly. I currently have no information on the status of any romatic relationship she might be having.

REESE WITHERSPOON-

JULIA ROBERTS-
This very famous actress and ex-wife of Lyle Lovett is also someone I have admired for quite a while. She can make me laugh and make me cry in the same movie and I find that as being talent. She is one of those people that when she cries, you also want to cry. The actress originates from Smyrna, GA where she was born in 1967 named Julie Fiona Roberts and has a sister, Lisa, and a famous brother, Eric. She is now dating Benjamin Bratt of recent Law and Order fame. Some of her greatest acting attributes are as follows:

JENNIFER GREY-
I have not seen her in much but I sure do think a lot of her. She is quite an actress who I believe should have gotten more showing off than she did but she has returned to the spotlight lately on her own television show "It's Like You Know" on ABC this fall. Getting her start in Dirty Dancing when she was a very curly haired little "Baby" she did a tremendous performance in the 1987 flick starring sexy lead man Patrick Swayze. She is to me and may be to many others a woman to look up to and admire and I think she will be remembered long after she has left the spotlight. Her few acting credits I know of are as follows:

KATE WINSLET-
Born October 5, 1975 in Reading, England to Roger and Sally Winslet Kate is one of four children. Anna, Beth and Joss Winslet are her siblings. Now 23 years old, Kate has been acting since the age of 11 years old. I first saw her in Titanic in 1997 and was captivated by her acting talents and took the initiative to watch other movies starring Kate. In November of 1998 she married Jim Threapleton after a short engagement. I chose this photo from Titanic because this is my favotite outfit Kate wears in the movie. NICOLE BOBEK-
An Olympic figure skater born August 23, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois. I first saw Nicole in 1992 on television during a competition. She had suffered some losses in her life and didn't skate as well as she might have but she was still the prettiest most graceful and by far the best skater I had ever seen. Michelle Kwan and Tara may have done better than Nicole at the Olympics but she is always first in my eyes. Some competitions she did take first place in were the Hershey Kisses Challenge in 1997 and the Sears Canadian Open in 1998. As far as her outfits go I chose this photo because I think she looks best when she uses the white skates and also I have never witnessed her falling when she was wearing them.

COURTNEY COX-
Friends star since 1994 Courtney was born June 15, 1964 in Birnmingham Alabama. She is the youngest of four children having one older brother and two older sisters. She married David Arquette in a small private ceremony on June 12, 1999 and then hyphenated her name as Cox-Arquette. Which friends made light of in the premiere of the 1999 season on September 23. ANGELA NIKODINOV- Born May 9, 1980 in Detroit Michigan to Nick and Dolores Nikodinov Angela is my second favorite ice skater. I first saw her in 1999 at the Canadian Open. I was instantly impressed. Angela is five foot four inches tall, blond and blue eyed. She trains in Troy, Michigan with her coach Richard Calleghan. Angela has been skating for many years though she is still quite young. She took first place as Pacific Coast Senior in 1997 and South West Pacific Coast Senior in 1996. She is definitely someone to watch more of.

CELINE DION- Celine was born March 30, 1968 in Quebec Canada. She is 5' 7 1/2" tall and she has hazle eyes and light brown hair as you can see from the photo at the left. She has many wonderful songs and many awards to prove it. She sang the big hit of the year for the movie Titanic "My Heart Will Go On". She is married to Rene Angelil, her long time manager. Some songs she sings that I personally enjoy listening to are "Falling Into You", "If You Asked me to" and "Water From the Moon". Her collections include Crystal Objects and shoes (she has over 400 pairs). Aside from her singing talents, she also plays the piano. Her favorite singers include Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson. Celine isn't on tour and no plans for a tour have been announced as of 1/10/02. Celine was noted as the top-selling artist of 1998. Coming from a very large family, she is the youngest of 14 children and her parents are musical as are her brothers and sisters.

JULIA STILES- This little actress comes across in a big way. Born on 3/28/81 five foot four 105 lbs Julia took teenagers by storm playing the less than happy with life Katarina Stratford in 10 Things I Hate About You. She starred alongside Joseph Gordon Levitt, her current boyfriend. This year (in my personal opinion of course) Julia is playing her luckiest role ever starring as the female lead in "Down To You" alongside that sexy New Mexico native Freddie Prinze Jr. I don't know about anyone else but I might like to be Julia for that love scene, among the many kissing scenes I hear go on as well. For the rest of the year 2000 if you cannot get enough of Julia's exquisite acting talents in "Down to You" you might want to catch her in "State and Main" due out later this year. BROOKE BURKE- Former Frederick's of Hollywood model in 1994 Brooke is from Tucson where her parents own a deli. Brooke maintains that she doesn't eat the food from the deli because she "has to get into a swimsuit". This is my favorite picture of Brooke. I chose Brooke to play the lead in a play I have written. She is my favorite female model. She models swimsuits, lingerie, eveningwear, and other things. She is also a Bally Total Fitness Model. These days Brooke has landed a job seeking out some pretty wild destinations, including a tomato festival. However she is not doing modeling at this time. She is now appearing on a new show on E! called Wild On. Brooke has a similar family life to mine, her father having left when she was 2. Brooke won her first beauty pageant at age 14. Brooke is engaged to a plastic surgeion named Garth Fisher at this time. As far as more information, the things you can find on her are kind of limited. AMBER VALETTA- Although this picture is one that makes her look different than usual, this is the face of Elizabeth Arden ads all over the world. For the photo shoots in the ads she has blond hair. However, in her personal life this five foot nine green eyed model was born with brown hair. She has done many covers for numerous fashion magazines, her most popular covers include Harper's Bazaar and Marie Claire. Amber was born on February 9, 1974 making her 26 years old at this time. In 1989 when she was 15 years old her mother enrolled her in modeling school. MEG RYAN- Born on November 19, 1961 Meg has been someone I have admired since I was 10 years old. When I saw her that year in Joe vs. the Volcano I wanted to be just like her. She starred on As The World Turns from 1982-84. My personal favorite one of Meg's movies is French Kiss, 1995 when she stars as Irrate Kate trying to get her lover back from Paris bombshell Juliette, when she meets Luc and is confused about who she wants. She has also starred in I.Q. and When a Man Loves a Woman both in 1994.Meg has blond hair and blue eyes and was married to Dennis Quaid Meg is currently dating a 27 year old actor.

ALICIA SILVERSTONE- Alicia was born on October 4, 1976 in San Francisco California. Her parents are Monty and DIdi Silverstone. Her most famous role is as Cher Horowitz in 1995's hit with the teens, Clueless. She has also starred in some Aerosimith videos including Cryin' and Crazy (with Liv Tyler). Her first movie credited at IMDB is The Crush in which she played a lovesick teenager turned nutcase. At this time Alicia is dating Kenneth Branagh, she is also rumored to have dated Leonardo Dicaprio and Adam Sandler. She has a half sister named Kezi, who is a rock singer, from her father's former marriage. She is also a vegetarian. Jennifer has been playing Rachel Green on the Emmy Award winning series Friends (NBC Thursdays at 8:00) since 1994. She lived in Greece with her family for a year when she was growing up. Her parents relocated to New York where they divorced when Jennifer was nine years old. She has been acting since she was eleven years old. BEVERLEY MITCHELL- Born on January 22,1981 in Ventura California this Blond hair Blue eyed actress has taken the world by storm. The daughter of Sharon and David Mitchell, Beverley has two dogs, two cats and drives a Chevy Tahoe. She is also a freshman in college at present time. One of her favorite foods (like me) is Lobster, and her favorite actress is Jodie Foster. She is presently most well-known for her work on the WB show 7th Heaven (since 1996) as Lucy Camden. Her other roles include the Faculty (as Leslie in 1995) and Baywatch (as Melissa also in 1995). Beverely guest starred on an episode of Quantum Leap in 1992 as Becky Pruit. I chose Beverley for this page because even though she is younger than me by two years, I admire her talent and I think she has a lot to offer as we will be sure to see in the coming years. Currently Beverley has starred in the movie Girl Band as Suzanne. That was in 2000 and in 2001 she starred in Mean People Suck.

CHRISTINA APPLEGATE- Born November 25, 1971 she is the daughter of Robert Applegate, record producer. This five foot five inch tall actress was born in Los Angeles California. Her mother is singer/actress Nancy Priddy and her parents split up after her birth. It is not a common fact but she began acting at age 10 starring in the film Jaws of Satan in 1981. Her most current film is the visitors (2000). The actress is best known for her work on hit television series Married... With Children which began in 1987 and ended in 1997. After this she starred in the funny but short lived series Jesse in which she played the lead character. I chose Christina to be on this page because I think she is a well accomplished woman who I would not mind being like. She has a great sense of humor and she always makes me laugh when I need to. Christina is currently set to star in The Sweetest Thing and A View from A top both in 2002. She married Jonathon Schaech in October of 2001. Christina has tattoos on her left and right ankles. She says that he friends in her group when she was little were all from single parents families. She is as well as her parents are divorced.

MELISSA JOAN HART- The Beautiful star of Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Her series recently moved to the WB network from ABC and airs at 8 p.m. Fridays. She was born Melissa Joan Catherine Hart on April 18, 1976 in Smithtown Long Island New York. Her earliest work was at age 9 on mini TV series Kane & Abel. After which she landed her first well known role as Clarissa Darling on Clarissa Explains it All in 1991 on Nickolodeon. Recently she has starred in such flicks as Can't Hardly Wait, Drive Me Crazy and most currently, Backflash Blues which is not yet out in theaters. She grew up in Sayville, New York. Melissa is 5' 2" tall and she has six younger sisters, Trisha, Elizabeth, Emily, Alexandra, Samantha, and McKenzie and she has one younger brother named Brian. Her parents are Paula and William Hart. KERI RUSSELL- She was born Keri Lynn Russell on March 23, 1976 in Fountain Valley, CA. She is most well known at present time for playing the lead in the WB television show Felicity which airs Wednesdays at 9 this season. She began her career on the Mickey Mouse Club in 1991. She was also in the music video for the Bon Jovi song "Always". She was voted as on of People Magazine's most beautiful people in 1999. She had beautiful long hair until August of 1999 when she cut her hair which was her signature feature. She temporarily dated Scott Speedman who plays Ben, her boyfriend on the show. She is currently dating Patrick Dempsey. When she cut her hair it caused the show to slump in the Nielsen ratings. I think that is kind of superficial but hey teens are teens. At present time her salary is $30,000 an episode. I have no information on her family at this point in time. I chose Keri for this list because I used to hate her and she must have done something to gain my admiration. Maybe it was that she cut her hair in spite of what people would think.

KATIE HOLMES- Born Katherine Noelle Holmes, Katie is a Capricorn born in the same year as Carsy. She was born 12/18/78 which makes her 23 at the time of this post. Her most successful current role is Josephine "Joey" Potter on the popular WB series Dawson's Creek. I first saw Katie in Teaching Mrs. Tingle in 1999. Following that she starred in movies such as Wonder Boys and The Gift. Currently in 2002 she is set to star in Abandon and Phone Booth. Katie is currently dating Chris Klein of American Pie 1 and 2 and Election in which he starred with Reese Witherspoon. Katie ws born and raised in Toledo Ohio. She is the youngest of five children and her father is a lawyer, her mother is a homemaker. In 1999 she was chosen as one of Teen People's "21 Hottest Stars Under 21". MARILYN MONROE- Was actually born Norma Jean Mortensen on June 1, 1926 in LA, California. She first starred in "Dangerous Years" in 1947 when she was just 21. Her Last film was "Something's Got to Give" which was done the year she died. She died at the age of 36 on August 5, 1962 of a drug overdose. Her life was very rough but she was still beautiful and I will always admire her, even though she is just a memory to many people. She would be 75 years old if she were alive today. SANDRA BULLOCK- Born Sandra Annette Bullock in Arlington, VA July 26, 1964. Admitedly at first I did not admire Sandra that much, in fact, I hated her. Only because my ex liked her. It turns out she is a great actress. I first fell in love with her performance in the movie "Hope Floats" in 1998. Previous to that she starred in the hilarious comedy "Two if By Sea" with Dennis Leary in 1996. My favorite Sandra movie is 28 Days (2000). Her most current movie is Fool Proof (2002). Her friends and family call her Sandy. She is 5' 7 1/2" tall. Her parents are both music involved, a German opera singer (her mother) and a voice teacher (her father). She grew up on the road with her parents and a younger sister. Sadly, her mother Helga Bullock passed away on April 4, 2000 in Virginia. Sandra made People's 50 Most beautiful people list in 1999 she also made the list in 1996. Just out of my personal opinion I think singer Jessica Riddle sounds like Sandra. She is allergic to horses and she beat out Demi Moore for the female lead in the movie "While You Were Sleeping" that she starred in with Jeff Bridges in 1995. ANNA PAQUIN- She was born Anna Hedene Paquin on July 24, 1982, in Winipeg Manitoba, Canada. Anna first starred in The Piano at age 11 which she won an academy award for at that young age. The first time I noticed Anna personally was in 1999 in the film "She's All That" in which she starred with one of my other favorites, Freddie Prinze Jr. She has recently starred in Almost Famous and X-Men. Anna is a vegetarian. David Letterman bet her $10,000 during a show that she could not make a basket. When she did he gave her the money but took it back after the show. The media caused a fuss and he gave it back. Anna donated all of the money to charity. She keeps her Oscar in her bedroom closet so her friend won't see it and make comments on it. Anna enjoys photography. Her family moved to New Zealand when she was four. Anna plays the cello. Her parents are both teachers. Her mother teaches English and her father teaches physical education. Her parents are divorced and Anna currently lives with her mother, Mary in Los Angeles. She beat out more than five thousand girls for her role as Flora in the Piano. COURTNEY THORNE SMITH- She was born November 8, 1967 in San Francisco California. I have been a fan for 10 years though I just realized so today. I first saw Courtney on Melrose Place, a spin off of Beverly Hills 90210 in 1992. She played Allison Parker. I could relate to her character best because she seemed to have everything but she just couldn't seem to get her life going right and every time she did something bad would happen. It seemed the whole world was out to get her. She left Melrpse Place in 1997 which disappointed me but she joined the Fox Series Ally McBeal as Georgia Thomas. She was there until 2000. She is currently on the series According to Jim and she plays Cheryl. She filed for divorce from her husband Andrew Conrad in January of 2001. TEA LEONI- She was born Elizabeth Tea Pantaleonia on February 25, 1966 in New York, New York USA. Her spouse as many people know is actor David Duchovny and she has one daughter with him Madeline West Duchovny who was born April 24, 1999. She graduated from Pumey High School in Pumey VT in 1984. She and David were married in Manhattan's Grace Church in 1997 on May 6th at 6:30 p.m.. Her most current work I have seen is The Family Man in which she co starred in 2000 with Nicholas Cage. The first time I saw Tea was in 1992 on a television series called "Flying Blind" on which she played Alicia. She also starred as Nora Wilde in the 1995 television series "The Naked Truth". She also guest starred on the X Files with her husband in 1993. Tea is 5'7" tall. Her eyes are blue and naturally her hair is auburn. In the picture at left it dyed blond. Tea is currently pregnant (1/25/02) and is expecting the child in the Spring which she announced in December of 2001. When Tea was 6 she wanted to become a tollbooth operator on the George Washington Bridge. Tea was chosen to be on of People Magazine's fresh faces in the December 25th issue in 1995. BROOKE SHIELDS- She was born Brooke Christa Shields on May 31, 1965 in New York, New York USA. The first time I saw Brooke's work was on Suddenly Susan in 1996. Brooke is six feet tall exactly. She was married to Andre Agasi from 1997 to 1999 but the marriage was annuled and married Chris Henchy and is married to him at present. She dated actor Dean Cain while the two were attending Princeton University. Brooke graduated from Princeton with a degree in French Literature. She was listed as one of the twelve "Promising New Actors of 1978" in John Willis' Screen World Volume 30. Brooke started her career in a commercial for Ivory Soap. She was chosen as People Magazine's face of the 80s. Her grandfather was Francis Shields, a famous tennis player. When filming the Blue Lagoon she had to have her hair glued to her breasts so "Nothing would show". JAKENE ASHFORD- Also born on May 31 but in the year 1975, Jakene is exactly ten years younger than Brooke Shields. She was born in Detroit, Michigan. She attended high school in Memphis TN and currently resides in Smyrna Georigia. Jakene is single and she is also a Quality Control Chemist aside from her Cheerleading duties for the Falcons. She had two years of Cheerleading in college at Tennessee State. Jakene likes traveling, photography and writing poetry. She drives a Hummer SUV. Jakene's favorite food is pizza. She lists her mother as her biggest role model when she was growing up. I like cheerleaders because they are always happy and I always wished I could do what they do. It always looked like a lot of fun, it was just not something I did. I picked Jakene as my favorite cheerleader because I think she is the prettiest one there is among the four squads I looked at.

KRISTIN DAVIS- She was born February 24, 1965 in Boulder, Colorado. She is the current star of Golden Globe Winner "Sex and the City" which began in 1998 on which she plays Charlotte. I first saw Kristin on Melrose Place in 1995 when she played Brooke Armstrong. I thought she was quite a bitch on the show but I still liked her as an actress. I thought she did an excellent job. Kristin attended Rutgers University in Columbia SC. After graduating from there she moved to New York. In her free time Kristin enjoys doing yoga. Her father is a psychology professor. She currently resides in Los Angeles California. Regular viewers of Melrose Place hated the character Brooke so much that she was written out of the show after just one year. Kristin left the show in 1996. Far previous to that in 1990 she did a guest spot as Jenna on one of my favorite sitcoms, Seinfeld. Though she has not received an Emmy nomination for her work on Sex and the City many viewers feel she is more talented than her co stars.

PORTIA DE ROSSI- She was actually named Amanda Marie Rodgers at birth. She was born January 31, 1973 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The only work I have seen her do is Nelle Porter on the hit television series "Ally McBeal" but that is enough for me. I think she is ver talented and worth a spot on my page. She is five feet seven and a half inches tall. Portia is engaged to Francesca Gregoini, a singer/songwrite and step-daughter of ex Beatle Ringo Starr. She legally changed her named to Portia at 15 claiming it was the most daring thing she had ever done up to that point. She was in law school in 1993 at the University of Melbourne when she was noticed by a casting director and quit to do some auditions for movies. In 1994 she starred in Sirens as Giddy. Portia went public with her relationship with Francesca in 2001 in an article I found posted on the web. That is at www.gaywired.com. AALIYAH HAUGHTON- She was born Aaliyah Dana Haughton on January 16, 1979 in Brooklyn New York and though she is younger than me she is now dead. It makes me sad to think that someone so young and so talented was tragically torn away from us in her prime. She starred in the movie Romeo Must Die in 2000. She was best known for being a talented R & B singer. Aaliyah was five feet seven and a half inches tall. Friends used to call her LiLi and Liyah. In 1994 she was married to R. Kelly but that marriage only lasted a short time and was annulled because she was only fifteen and he was in his mid 20s. She auditioned for AIDA, Elton John's Broadway show. In 1989 she auditioned for a role on the television show Family Matters. My favorite Aaliyah songs are "Back and Forth", "If Your Girl Only Knew", "Try Again" and "At Your Best (You are Love)". She performed with Gladys Knight when she was only 11, in Las Vegas. Just before her tragic death in August of 2001 1 on July 17 of 2001 her long awaited third album was released. She had a dove tattoo as a tribute to her grandmother. She graduated from Detroit High School of the Performing Arts with a 4.0 GPA. She got her big break on the television show Star Search. Her death was the result of a plane crash on a return trip from the Bahamas, she was shooting a video.

WINONA RYDER- She was born Winona Laura Horowitz on October 29, 1971 in Winona, Minnesota. The last Winona Ryder movie I saw was Autumn In New York in which she star with hot older actor Richard Gere. She is very lucky on that account. The first WInona Ryder movie I saw was Beetlejuice. My favorites include Edward Scissorhands, Mermaids and Little Women. Her nickname is Noni and she if 5' 4" tall. Her parents are Michael and Cindy Horowitz and she has one sister, Sumyata. She has two brothers Jabal and Uri. She graduated from Petaluma High School with a 4.0 GPA. She is naturally blond but has dying her hair since age 11. She dated David Duchovny in 1996 and was engaged to Matt Damon in 2000. Her role in the film Celebrity was actually written for Drew Barrymore. Her favorite book is Catcher In the Rye and she owns every edition and translation of the book. Her parents are friends of beat poet Allan Ginsberg. She turned down Julia Roberts role in Conspiracy Theory because of scheduling conflicts. She bought her first house in the Hollywood Hills but soon moved.

DANIELLE HARRIS- She was born Danielle Andrea Harris on June 1, 1977 in Queens New York. I first saw Danielle when she guest starred as Molly on Television series Roseanne in 1993 when she was 16. Following this her most popular films are Free WIlly also in 1993 and then Wish Upon a Star in 1996 with another of my favorite female Katherine Heigl. She is currently doing the voice of Debbie Thornberry on the Nickolodeon cartoon The Wild Thornberrys. Danielle is five feet one inch tall. Her mother's name is Flan and her sister is Ashley and she dated Actor Omri Katz. She also played Roseanne's real life daughter Jessica in her autobiography. She wore a leather jacket that he father gave her on screen from 1991 to 1995. A film that she starred in called Kukaburra Blues was filmed but then scrapped due to budget problems. One website I went to said that Danielle definitely does not receive enough credit for her incredible talen and I agree with that all the way. I think she is great in more ways than people notice.

MEGAN FOLLOWS- She was born Megan Elizabeth Laura Diana Followon March 14, 1968 in Uxbridge Ontario Canada. Her first name is pronounced Mee-gan.
The first time I saw Megan was in Anne of Green Gables in 1987, that is also the last time that I saw her but I still admired that performance very much. She was the best actress for the part I believe. She was also in the movie "The Chase" which I saw a couple times but I do not recall her character. She has two children, a boy and a girl. She was married to Christopher Porter from 1991 to 1995 and he is the father of her children. Her daughter's middle name is Anne after her most famous role. Her father is Ted Follows and her mother is Dawn Greenhalgh. She has a sister Samantha who is also an actress. Her sister Edwina is a producer and a writer and her brother Laurence is a producer. She has done many commercials the first of which was at age 9. She won two Gemini awards for her performances in Anne of Green Gables and Anne of Avonlea. She met her former husband during the filming of the movie Deep Sleep. She is a U.S. citizen now. She starred in the Stephen King thriller Silver Bullet in 1985. Megan has portrayed Juliet in Romeo and Juliet in 1993 and had numberous other telelvision appearances and stage performances. At the 1986 Gemini awards she presented and won.

LACEY CHABERT- She was born Lacey Nichole Chabert on September 30, 1982 in Purvis, Mississippi. I first saw Lacey on the fox series Party of Five as Claudia in 1994. I originally began watching the show when Rider Strong guest starred because I thought he was cute but then I became interested. Lacey is currently working with Danielle Harris on the Nickolodeon series The Wild Thornberrys. She does the voice of Eliza Thornberry Debbie's younger sister. Her last name is French and is pronounced shuh-behr. Lacey is five foot three inches tall and I admire her because I think she had a child like voice and image and she reminds me of youth.

RACHAEL LEIGH COOK- She was born on October 4, 1979 in Minneapolois Minnesota. The first time I saw her was in the film "She's All That" in 1999 and All I Wanna Do which I saw in 2000 but it was filmed in 1998. I admire Rachael because I think she is very pretty and a very talented actress. She is seldom in films that I watch now but I wait for her to be in something I would like to see. She was print model for five years before she became an actress. Rachael has a younger brother named Ben. She is left handed and she is a vegetarian. She went to Laurel Springs School, a school for young actors who cannot attend regular school due to time committments. Her mother is a cooking instructor. She owns her own production company called Ben's sister Productions. I thought the name was funny when I first heard it. Rachael dated one of my favorite guys, Rider Strong for a while.

KATHERINE HEIGL- She was born Katherine Marie Heigl on November 24, 1978 in New Canaan, Connecticut. I first saw Katherine in 1994 in the film My Father the Hero which I saw at the theater with my cousin. I was instantly drawn to her bubbly personality and pretty smile. She starred in the film Wish Upon a Star in 1996 with Danielle Harris. The two played sisters in the film. Currently she has starred in the movie Valentine in 2001. She played Shelly Fisher in that movie. Her friends call her Kathie and she is five feet nine inches tall. Katherine grew up in Connecticut with three older siblings, two brothers and a sister. Her brothers are named Holt and Jason and her sister is Meg. Her brother Jason died when she was young. Katherine is also a model as you can see from my MODELS page. She auditioned for all 3 female leads on Roswel before being cast as Isabel. She graduated from New Canaan High School, the class of 1996. Katherine dated Roswel costar Jason Behr. She beat out Alicia Silverstone for the role in My Father the Hero. Katherine half Irish and half German and has green eyes.

FAITH HILL- She was born Audrey Faith Perry on September 21, 1967 in Jackson Mississippi. The first song that I heard by Faith was Wild One. I have a lot of Faith Hill songs that I like. A couple of my favorites are "There You'll Be", The Way You Love Me, and I Can't Do that Anymore. She was married to Daniel Hill for an unspecified amount of time and she married Tim McGraw in 1996 and is currently still married to him and the two have three children, Maggie, Gracie and Audrey (Just born in December 2001). Faith is adopted. In 2000 and 1997 she was chosen as on People Magazine's Most Beautiful People.

AMANDA FOREMAN- She was born July 15, 1966 in Los Angeles California. She is the daughter of actors John Foreman (Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid) and Linda Lawson. You can see her on Felicity currently. She has starred in such films as Forever Young, with Mel Gibson and Sliver with Sharon Stone. She performed in plays throughout school and found her agent during a talent showcase. In her spare time Amanda sings and plays the guitar. I believe that I admire the character she portrays more than I admire Amanda herself. Meghan is a ball of fire. She always says what she thinks, she has her own unique style, she would do anything for one of her friends and also she practices witch craft and spells. Also Meghan made the biggest choice of her life recently and she chose love over money and I believe that shows great deceny. I wish I could say I would have done the same thing. I was glad to see more character development for Meghan this season on Felicity. I felt I learned more about who she was. Her hair is originally dark brown and she does not dye it. I have no crrent information on a relationship.

HEIDI KLUM- She was born on June 1, 1973 in Bergisch-Gladbach, Germany. I admire Heidi for her work in Victoria's Secret. I also admire her because after the Heidi Fleiss incident she did good things for the name Heidi and we could really use it as a group. I really think it is cool having the same first name as a hot supermodel. No complaints now. I really used to dislike my name a lot. Heidi was on Spin City as herself from 1998-1999. Heidi is five feet nine and a half inches tall. She has no nicknames. As I personally know the name Heidi has no nicknames which is why mine is Carsy. She has been married to Ric Pipino since 1997. He is her hairdresser. She keeps a bag of the teeth she lost as a child as a good luck charm. She enjoys rollerblading and sailing when she is outside. When she is inside she likes Cooking and painting. Her favorite color is green. That is not what I would choose but to each their own. I happen to be fond of purple but enough about me, she also likes James Brown and her favorite movie is The Bridges of Madison County. She got started when she was 18. She read about entering a modeling contest and she sent them some photos and they asked her to enter the contest which was called simply Model '92 Competition. She did win the contest.

JENNIFER LOPEZ- She was born July 24, 1970 in the Bronx, New York. She was on of the Fly Girls on the canelled series In Living Color. I understand that a lot of people think that she is a slut and that there is no reason that anyone who had self respect would admire her but I do. I think she is talented and if I had a body like hers I might show it to the public as well. I think she let's people know that she is not the prudish type and if there is one thing I hate it is an uptight prude. I cannot stand people who hide in their shells when they are just as nasty underneath as everyone else is. Now, a little information on the J Lo that I know and love. First of all my favorite songs are "Love Don't Cost a Thing", "I'm Real" and "Play". She is five foot six inches tall. She was married to Ojani Noa from 1997-1998 and then she married Cris Judd in 2001 and they are still married to date. Her father is David Lopez and her sister are Lynda (of the WB news) and Leslie. Her mother is a schoolteacher. Her husband is one of her backup dancers. She is the highest paid Latina actress for her performance in The Wedding Planner.

ELLEN DEGENERES- She was born January 26, 1958 in New Orleans, Louisiana. I first saw Ellen in 1994 on her series called simply "Ellen". I think Ellen is very funny and I wish that I had her talent for making people laugh all the time. The main reason that I admire Ellen is because I think she has an amense ammount of courage for admitting to the world that she is Gay. She said it to her friends around the same time I told my best friend Jason that I was bi sexual. He took as well as her friend Audrey did on the television show. She was voted the funniest person in America in 1982. She came out on her show in 1997. The show went off the air the next season. It seemed that the networks were more uptight about open gay people on their sitcoms then than they are now because I can name three prime time television shows where there are characters who are openly gay. She had a long relationship with actress Anne Heche which suddenly ended and she is currently dating Alexandra Hedison who is also an actress but there is limited information about her on the net. Ellen has two dogs, Bootsie and Muffin.

CHARLIZE THERON- She was born August 7, 1975 in Benoni South Africa. I recently saw Charlize for the first time in the film Sweet November. I didn't like her much before that but I have to admit that she turned in an excellent performance as Sara Deever. Which means that this lucky lady has starred in two Keanu Reeves movies. What a pleasure that would be! Charlize if five feet nine inches tall. Like myself she is an only child. She appeared in the May 1999 issue of Playboy magazine. I don't think any less of her for it because I am unsure if she was naked and I have a good feeling that my favorite lady Brook Burke was naked in her little Playboy adventure. Her father was French and her mother is German. She became a fashion model at age 14. When she was 15 her father attacked her mother, she shot him in self defense and her father died. Her mother was not charged in the incident. In 2000 she was on of People Magazine's 50 most beautiful people. I agree with them. She is quite beautiful. In September of 2000 she dated George Clooney. She turned down the female lead in the film Pearl Harbor in order to film Sweet November with Keanu Reeves. I would have done the same thing I believe. She has also dated the lead singer of the group Third Eye Blind and actor Stuart Townsend. In 1995 she audtioned for the lead in the movie Showgirls. JULIA LOUIS-DREYFUS- She was born January 13, 1961 in New York, New York. I saw Julia first on Seinfeld as Elaine from 1990 to 1998. She was very funny inat role. Elaine was a very eccentric character who outspoken and did not like to take crap from anyone. She is five feet three inches tall. I admire her because I think she is pretty and a good actress. She guest starred on Family Ties and The Sompsons. She has been married to Brad Hall since 1987. She has twon sons Henry and Charles who are 9 and 4. She met her husband while they were attending Northwestern University in Evanston IL. In 1998 she was chosen as one of People Magazine's 50 most beautiful people. She was in Forbes magazine because she is the daughter of French bhillionaire Gerard Louis-Dreyfus. Julia is right-handed. Her new series "22 minutes with Eleanor Riggs" was created for her by her husband Brad Hall. It was originally supposed to be commercial free but NBC rejected that idea. The series is now entitled "Watching Ellie". She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.

LUCILLE BALL- She was born Lucielle Desiree Ball on August 6, 1911 in Celoron NY. Celoron is just outside of my present town of residence, Jamestown. There is a Lucie museum here, a Lucille Ball Little Theater and every year there is a Lucy Fest with a carnival downtown. She credits this with being her home town and there is a street in Celoron called Lucy Lane. I think it really cool to have famous people from the town that you live in. I know we have Nick Carter and Natalie Merchant but I really don't admire either of those people for any reason. I spell it that way because I spell everything with an I or IE I am not partial to y. The series ran from 1951 to 1957 but it always made me laugh. Since I was four years old and I had the chicken pox and I was watching re runs in my bed room all day long the show made me laugh. Even though Lucy passed away on April 26, 1989 I still chose to put her on this page because she is now, was then and always be a woman I admire.

MARY STUART MASTERSON- She was born June 28, 1966 in New York, New York. I have been a Mary fan for about 11 years to date since I saw her in Fried Green Tomatoes in 1991. My other favorite Mary movies include Benny and Joon 1993, and Bed of Roses 1996. I will admit that my first reason for renting Bed of Roses was Christian Slater but I do admire Mary's acting talent and her as a person. I think she is sweet and kind and when she does interviews she doesn't get rude when asked things that are really none of the public's business. She is good at being famous. She has been married to Damon Samostefano since 2000. As far as I know that is her first marriage. She is the sister of Perer Materson II, a cameraman who does films including Stepmom with Julia Roberts and Susan Sarandon in 1998. Her parents are Peter Masterson I and Carlin Glym. They are both famous as well. She comes from a famous family. She made her film debut at age 7.

PENELOPE CRUZ- She was born Penelope Cruz Sanches in Madrid Spain on April 28, 1974. I have not actually seen any of her movies yet but I plan to rent Vanilla Sky as soon as it makes video stores. I read an article about her in Marie Claire Magazine and I just thought she was pretty and sweet and decided that she has the potential for a female that I will admire in the future so this is more a premonition than a fact based blurb. Friends sometimes call her Pen and she is five feet six inches tall. She is named after the song "Penelope" by John Manuel Serrat. At present time she is dating actor Tom Cruise. So I suppose if she ends up marrying him she will still be Penelope Cruise, you will just spell it different. She was very hyperactive as a child and people had to be patient with her. Her parents are Eduardo and Encana. He is a merchant and she is a hairdresser. Her brother's name is also Eduardo and her sister is Monica. After she filmed the movie All the Pretty Horses she became a vegetarian.

HALLE BERRY- She was born Halle Maria Berry August 14, 1968 in Cleveland Ohio. The first time I saw Halle was in The Last Boyscout in 1991. I always admire black women who make something of themselves because I personally understand the struggle. The two movies that she did that are my favorite are Boomerang and Losing Isaiah in 1992 and 1995. She is five feet seven inches tall. She was married to David Justice for four years from 1992 to 1996 and she is currently married to Eric Benet since January of 2001. She is also a spokeswoman for Revlon cosmetics. Halle is diabetic. In 1986 she was Miss Ohio and she was Miss USA first runner up. She attended Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland OH. She turned down the role of Annie in Speed, 1994. She is named after the grand old Halle Building in Cleveland which originally housed the Halle brothers department store. She was born at 9:03 p.m. EST. She went without showering for weeks for her portrayal as a cocaine abuser in the film Jungle Fever. For the movie Swordfish in 2001 Halle made $2,500,000. In 1998 she was on of People Magazine's 50 most beautiful people.

MICHELLE PFEIFFER- She was born on April 29, 1958 in Santa Ana, California. I first saw Michelle in Batman Returns in 1992 as Catwoman/Selma Kyle. My favorite Michelle Movies are Dangerous Minds (1995), Up Close & Personal (1996) w/ Robert Redford, yum and What Lies Beneath (2000) w/ Harrison Ford yum X 2!
Her parents are Dick and Donna Pfeiffer. She has an older brother and two younger sisters Dedee Pfeiffer (Up Close & Personal and The Sky is Falling) and Lori Pfeiffer who did some acting and modeling but did not make it her profession. Michelle is five feet four inches tall. She was married to Peter Horton from 1981 to 1989 and she married David E. Kelly in 1993 and is currently still married to him. Michelle graduated from high school in just 3 years and she used to work in a clothing store. She was in the music video for Coolio's "Gangsta's Paradise" as it was on the Soundtrack for Dangerous Minds. I admire her style and incredible acting ability. She was chosen as best dressed female movie star of 1997 indicating she has good taste.

VIVIEN LEIGH- She was born Vivian Mary Hartly on November 5, 1913 in Darjeeling West Bengal British India which is now just India. She died July 7, 1967 in London England. She was only 53. I first and last saw Vivien in Gone With the Wind as Scarlett O'Hara. She is my favorite literary character so I had to watch the film. I can't imagine anyone else being chose to play Scarlett. Although the movie left out a lot of things that were key in the novel I still loved it. I like to see if the actors and directors had the same ideas about the book in their heads as I did. Now about Vivien. She was five foot three inches tall. She was married to Herbert Leigh Holman from 1932 to 1940. She was married to Laurence Olivier from 1940 to 1960. She had a daughter with Holman born in 1933 named Suzanne. She was a heavy smoker. She was up to almost 4 packs a day during Gone With the Wind. She was manic depressive. I think that she portrayed the perfect image that Scarlet was not supposed to be extremely beautiful but men loved her anyway. She had the most captivating green eyes. Everything about her portrayed the image of Scarlet that Mitchell wrote about in the novel. Katherine Hepburn was the maid of honor at her wedding to Laurence.

HILARY SWANK- She was born Hilary Ann Swank in Belingham, Washington on July 30, 1974. The first time I saw Hilary was in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the movie, in 1992. She played Kimberly and I thought she was very funny. It appeared to me that the only three actors from that film that went on were Kristy Swanson, Luke Perry and Randall Batinkoff and David Arquette too if you want to call that "going on". I saw her again in The Next Karate Kid and I do have to say that I was not impressed. That was in 1994 and I kind of gave up on her. Then in 1997 I heard that she married on of my favorite actors, Chad Lowe (Life Goes On and Melrose Place both television series) making her Rob Lowe's sister-in-law but still not impressing me that much. Then I was bored one weekend and it rained. I thought I would rent movies. I rented the film Boys Don't Cry and this was in 2000 and I do have to say that nobody ever deserved to grace the Academy Award winning stage more than Hilary does. There was not one flaw in her portrayal of Teena Brandon/Brandon Teena a very confused transvestite who payed the ultimate price for love. As the film say Boys Don't cry but after watching I realized to myself, girls do cry, and I did. No film ever made me sincerely cry since Titanic.
