K5) Each person has many levels of oversouls.

Part of the self is consciousness that is greater than the person. That consciousness guides and teaches the soul on earth. Every being on every level has uncountable levels of oversouls and oversouls of oversouls. Each oversoul and their person are fragments of a larger whole self. The experiences of the oversoul of a person are part of that whole persons experience.

The oversoul is an interesting way to look at your life from a third person perspective. It is also valuable as it is essentially part of your own life and what you need to be to be whole. Each person on earth has a slightly different definition of love and a slightly different set of emotional needs. In the same way that persons oversouls represent a unique perspective on a unique life.

The oversoul can reveal a great deal about the personality, which normally remains hidden below (or above) the conscious awareness. By revealing these hidden patterns to ones self, one can inspect and perhaps alter them over time. It is unlikely that the conscious purpose or desires of an oversoul are similar to those of the person themselves. However, there will be many similarities to work with.

The oversoul has broader and more long-range goals than the self, and they tend to be more Spiritual in nature and less materialistic. Goals concerning wealth or achievement are only supported insomuch as they achieve some series of experiences that are key to the soul growth of the person. The oversoul has an on and off relationship with the person, sometimes impinging on their awareness, other times leaving them alone.

At critical junctures (critical to the Oversoul,) they often fill in the blanks in terms of information the person needs to get where they need to go. The landscape is one of inner growth rather than external achievement. The Oversoul can push a person into specific encounters or experiences, which mold and shape their later reactions.

The Oversouls work is more on the inner levels. The Oversoul constantly processes the information that makes up a person, finding and refining its search for deeper needs. It is like putting together most of a puzzle then trying to identify the perfect missing pieces. There is a kind of mental digging through material to find the most effective teaching mechanisms.

Teaching can take many forms, such as compassion when it is needed or harsh experiences when they are necessary. The form of the teaching takes on the form of the consciousness of the person. The mechanisms of an Oversoul seek to filter out less-evolved behaviors through experiences that teach.

Ultimately the oversoul is like a mirror of the self, but with the conscious mind encompassing a different level of the spectrum of total consciousness. So, with the conscious mind being a different part of the self, the entire self-experience is rearranged. Physical experiences, emotions and other experiences are all in the Oversouls consciousness, but their meaning and place in the scheme of things is totally different.

When working with the Oversoul as a separate entity, you can ask for answers to questions or to specific information. Later, when the time is right, you will get an answer.

In a difficult situation, you have one idea about what is really at stake and what is of key importance. But, your Oversoul will most likely have another idea. Finding out what your Oversoul finds important in a situation will help you in cooperating with your Oversoul to reach the needed experience. When the needed experience is met, you can move out of that particular difficulty. This does not mean you have control and can always artificially speed your way through any problem, but it can help.

K6) An element of the process of evolution is becoming more comfortable with more and more heavenly and intensely positive and pleasurable states.

High bliss is difficult to encompass until you have evolved into it. It is always available to you at any time. First, we need to clarify that when we say these states are available to you at all times, it doesnt mean that you know how to enter these states without guidance. You have internal states formed out of your desires. These states of consciousness are so familiar to you that you identify with them. Many of them are exclusionary, in that higher states cannot coexist with them. To get rid of them means being able to let go of internal content and dialogue that you identify.

Fortunately, the stakes are still in your favor. Higher states are available at no cost and with no need to understand what they are or how to get to them. Furthermore, we need only one brief moment in them to really grasp them. Higher states demand only our ability to give up what we identify with for a few moments, long enough to have a completely different experience.

Ego runs on effort and will fight for its existence. It would rather destroy your quality of life and drive you with fear than allow you one moment of peace. So, higher states are difficult to want. Something within us drives us in the opposite direction. When we get past our (egos) fear of annihilation, we realize that there was never anything to fear at all. We continue unabated, and everything of value is still there, while the burdensome, negative aspects of our self have fallen away.

Higher states can be attained by simultaneously giving up all aspects of our thought, feeling and self while asking to receive the higher state we desire. This process happens through our higher consciousness. Higher consciousness is not in any way shape or form external to us. Rather, it is completely internal to us.

It begs the question, then, as to why we arent in the higher state already if it is internal to us. The answer is that there are three types of experience, consciousness, subconscious and superconscious. Subconscious experiences are below our threshold of conscious awareness. Superconscious experiences are above our awareness threshold.

We can increase our consciousness range to include what is normally superconscious if we are willing to radically shift our self-script. If we are holding onto sacred cows of belief about ourselves, then we are unlikely to risk exposing them to new truth. Rather, we will seek to protect and hide ourselves behind layer after layer of deception and double-talk, as well as holding onto belief systems that are not based on truth but are self-serving.

We are all made of the same stuff. No one is innately superior or inferior. Higher consciousness is equal in all people and everyone has the opportunity to shine in some particular way. It is only at lower levels that inequalities and differences appear to distinguish one person above others.

People defend this inequality when it works to their advantage, but may later change their tune when happiness or success elude them. Any person with eyes can look out and see all the suffering that the world of inequality brings. The world is dying from the ravages of greed and abuse. However, we can continue to cover our eyes and defend a system that drains the world of all its resources and enslaves the poor.

In the end, this kind of life leads to guilt and self-hatred, which are contrary to higher states. Self-hatred and self-destructive behavior are sure to follow. When we wake up to the world of pain that we have defended and built, we then seek to find a way to fix it. However, the point is not to fix the world but to access higher states of being and learn from them.

Reality does not need to be fixed because it is not broken. Higher awareness sees this and lives it. Only in a world created out of misunderstanding is their any perceived need to fix or heal anything. Injustice and inequality are endless, and the need to punish wrongdoers and protect the weak is all done in the service of the ego.

The ego may begin in a destructive mode, but then turn to the ideals of justice and equality to attempt to build a utopia by forcing and enforcing laws and values onto others. Utopia on earth is a false hope because it is just a haven for ego. It is an excuse to not engage in learning through contact with higher consciousness. And, it is doomed to failure do to human ignorance which constantly breeds new monsters to destroy and frustrate the just.

There is also hypocrisy in seeking justice for all, as the economic systems we labor under are still built on the backs of the poor, mentally ill and undereducated. Third world countries provide a stream of poor, desperate people who will take any work given to them for very low wages.

In the end, utopia is just a distraction, as is justice or any other idea. The world keeps turning and burning and suffering is endless. Higher consciousness offers us the chance to both change and improve. Learning is the only means to improve life, and higher consciousness is the only environment worth craving.

Ultimately, each moment that comes where you are truly willing to offer your whole self up to higher consciousness in exchange for the bliss of higher consciousness is an opportunity that can transform the rest of your life. The key after that is continuing to renew and re-explore that state until you build a habitual identification with that bliss.

External circumstances seem to deny us the ability to live in higher bliss. Stress, work and the demands and pain of physical life constantly challenge us and pull us in the opposite direction. Ironically, however, when we actually experience higher bliss, we realize that the world never had the power to take that state away from us.

On the contrary, the world has no impact on these states at all. If it does, then our experience of that state is partial and compromised in some way with ego identification. If this happens, simply purify your experience of higher bliss by offering up all traces of your self in exchange for a more complete experience. Only our own desire can lead us out of higher bliss.

You can draw higher bliss from God as the place where we are all one, a collective of individuals united in higher consciousness, or from Spirit level, or from the Tao or whatever metaphor you wish to use. The only rule is to make sure that the higher bliss is truly higher. Explore that energy using visualization if you are unsure.

L) You can be many people, one, or consolidated selves in Spirit.

The breadth and depth of consciousness in Spirit is vast and it contains all possible states of being. Thus, a mind in Spirit must be able to be more than one thing and to do more than one thing at a time. This is a strange concept for us in our current state because we dont multitask very much or very well. That is to say, we tend to perform the more routine behaviors like sweeping while simultaneously thinking, but we arent used to trying to think about two things at once. Our limitations dont apply to who we are in Spirit.

However, on another level we do not multitask, so I have to clarify this. In Spirit, our mind is filled with desires that are constantly being fulfilled. Each bit of our consciousness is made up of one or multiple desires that are working towards fulfillment. Every desire is in a sense its own world, creating the experiences it wants. To give a clearer understanding, lets back step a bit and see the largest macro picture and then focus in to the smaller micro picture we are aiming at.

To begin with, everything in reality is in Spirit and is made of consciousness. Spirit just defines reality in terms of it being a place of unlimited mental freedom to experience everything. This world allows each person to pursue the fulfillment of all their desires.

An individual in Spirit is filled with desires and all of his or her consciousness possesses desire. Desire means that it wants something and is moving towards the fulfillment of that thing.

So, if we look at the desire that generated our physical life, it is just one of many desires that inhabit our overall Spirit being. It is being fulfilled, so that involves the consciousness in possession of that desire to manifest the exact product that will bring it to fulfillment. This happens automatically as all ideas are perfectly available in consciousness due to the absence of all physical limitations. In other words, the idea of a houseplant contains all the information needed to create and experience the desired houseplant.

So, this desire having made itself manifest within us, in a sea of other desires, like a whirlpool in a large lake, is now manifesting the desired experience. This happens due to the Spirit mind having no physical limitations, and therefore any desire that is conceived of is part of an idea that contains all the information of the fulfillment of that desire.

Experience is made of the perception of time, which is really just a swift passage through individual moments in consciousness that are so rapid as to appear to be animated. Time exists as a means to fulfill our desires by bringing them into manifestation. But, because there is no real timeline in Spirit, all experiences are available now and the time factor is just part of the overall illusion.

The desire to be physical produces the experience of being physical, along with all the pain and pleasure that involves. Because pain is not possible in Spirit, the Spirit identity has to be temporarily denied and a new, physical identity must take shape and come into being. The physical identity is bound by the rules of the physical and cant escape them.

The consciousness of our Spirit being, not all of it, just a portion, is now engaged in being physical. Some of that consciousness operates consciously and some subconsciously or even unconsciously. It creates a physical world and a body and a personality and life experiences. But what it doesnt create is a new, real being. Rather, it distorts the perception of a portion of a real being to make it think it sees a world when in fact that world is just a mind-created fiction. The fact that others engage in it seems to reinforce the lie. But it doesnt trump the fictional nature of the experience.

The reason that multiple beings can participate in the same fictional world is because many Spirit beings want to. When a new idea is tossed around in our world, many people take interest in it and put in their two cents. It is understandable that at some point we would want to, as Spirit beings, explore a world that is solid and real rather than ethereal and ever changing. And so we do, together, because we all share the same desire and that desire depends on a society built of people.

The obvious question of how so many synchronous events could just happen from separate minds its that these minds are all one mind in reality. Behind the scenes there is just one mind, so all minds work in unison. This allows us to individually create and see with our own minds the world around us as a consistent and real place that has the same geography for others as it does for ourselves.

So in our individual, mind-created physical imaged world we have our experiences. Every object and being that exists in the physical existed first as an idea in Spirit. That is to say, nothing is invented in the physical, although it appears to be. Rather, all things have their own reality in Spirit. And, they are all made of consciousness.

Every blade of grass and every teacup and every grain of sand is made of some sort of consciousness. That consciousness might be very basic, but it is still consciousness. Physical objects are just ideas after all, and all ideas exist in reality in Spirit only. They are imagined as having existed in the physical after they have already been conceived of in Spirit.

For example, when you have a dream that you are living in a city populated by peaceful vampires, it is not a real place. If many people could go to that same dream, it would not be real either, but you could share the experience and even use the group nature of the dream as a means to verify that it is real. But at any rate, the physical is likewise entirely happening in your own head.

In that dream, a particular vampire is your boss at your job in the dream. This person has a metaphorical meaning, in terms of how they make you feel. The emotion was not given an outlet during your day, so now in the dream state your mind weaves the scene, plot and characters to act out a vignette that evokes that emotion in you. Thus the emotion is given a means of full release.

The boss-vampire is an idea. In Spirit, there is no timeline, so there is no way that you can lose anything. It exists first as an idea in reality, in Spirit, so it exists there forever. If you wanted to interact with that boss-vampire in a Spirit form rather than the literal dream form, you could do that too. This idea lives on as a sort of pseudo-being in Spirit. When it is thought of or remembered or other Spirit beings use it in their own consciousness, then at those times it lives on and morphs and evolves into many new directions.

Before you give yourself more reality than this dream figure, remember that when you finally emerge from the physical into the real, into your Spirit self again, you will retain your basic identity but have access to all that you ever were and all that is in Spirit. Your physical identity will quickly transform into something much higher, although you will not lose your self in the process.

Every self that you were at any moment in your life was a distinct and separate being who had its own thoughts, beliefs, moods, etc. It exists in the same way the vampire-boss dream figure does in Spirit, in the minds of others. It exists as the basis of who you are now as well, in its evolved form. Any other Spirit being who uses this figure in its own consciousness causes it to exist and evolve again from that point and time, but in a unique and new direction. Consciousness is always and without exception new and discrete. It is never duplicated exactly.

When we emerge from the physical experience back into Spirit, we lose all painful aspects of our memories. This is not a loss of information per se, like a simple forgetting. This is a loss of suffering though seeing the reality of the situation. Lets explore an example.

A man in his early forties dies suddenly of a stroke. He reemerges from the physical into Spirit. As he does, he remembers every detail of not only his life, but also the lives of everyone he came into contact with. He sees and feels all this information flooding in.

As he experiences this, he sees his entire life as a series of ideas being played out. He does not feel any physical or emotional residual pain in reliving them. This is because he sees that they were like pictures made of light or energy and that his mind was not seeing reality when it experienced these events, but was blocking it out to the allow the illusion to exist.

The idea of who he was in life is still with him, but only the positive and helpful aspects remain. Having been created in Spirit, he exists there forever and pursues his desires there, evolving as he does so. He might take on future physical lives or lives in planes of existence with certain varying degrees of physicality, such as might be experienced after death. Or, he might remain entirely in Spirit and never return to any non-Spirit experiences.

Also, his mind in Spirit will contain many desires and each one of these desires will go on to experience their fulfillment in Spirit. So, this person will have all of his desires fulfilled in Spirit. This is how the multi-dimensional nature of identity in Spirit works, at its most basic level.

Exercise: My Desire-Self

Relax and get comfortable. Think of one desire that you have; it can be anything. Imagine yourself as being that desire as a kind of bubble in a field of bubbles that make up who you are.

Go into that one bubble, that desire you thought of, and feel the fullness of that particular desire. You are both the desire and the consciousness that makes up that desire. Take some mental notes on your responses to the following questions.

What would you describe the prevailing mood or emotion to be inside this desire? For example, in my desire to be lean, I felt a strong feeling of gentleness and kindness. Now take that quality and make it into an adjective. Now use it in the sentence, My desire for ____ is (adjective). For example, in my case, my desire to be lean is gentle and kind. So I can make the logical leap that my resistance to being lean is violent and cruel emotionally.

Now use that adjective in a second sentence, My desire for _____ wants to make me more _____. In my case it would read, My desire to be lean wants to make me more compassionate and kind.

Now, for the final version, we will say, When I have achieved my desire for _____ I will be more _____. This gives you an idea of how the achievement of this desire will effect you.

If you are holding a desire but it is not currently being realized, or has been frustrated for a long time, then ask yourself what is holding it back. The feeling-tone of the desire is a desire within you that wishes to express itself because it is being blocked from doing so in some way.

So, if you have a positive feeling tone in the desire you explored, it is being blocked and needs to be opened by you. You might make a point of regularly doing an affirmation, such as, I want to feel (adjective associated with the desire here) more often and more easily.

It doesnt mean that you lack that quality as a person, only that you dont feel that quality emotionally within yourself enough, and it needs an avenue of expression. The most powerful thing you can do is simply to acknowledge clearly to yourself that you really want to feel that positive feeling more in your life. The nature of life is to give you what you want over time, especially when what you want isnt filled with mixed feelings and ambiguity.

If you experienced a negative feeling tone in the desire you explored, then that desire probably contains elements of either hurting yourself and/or others. If that is the case, or if you are simply surprised at the fact that the desire has a negative tone, then you are realizing that you have a frustrated negative emotion that is brewing inside of you. By verbalizing these feelings to yourself, by temporarily allowing yourself to completely identify with these feelings and to write them out, you can give them a conscious avenue of frustration. Negative feelings have the advantage of not needing to be justified or summoned, they can be evoked with just a thought. So evoke them and let them out and the desire you have been pursuing will take a more positive form over time.

If the feeling was neutral or ambiguous, break the feeling down into its purely negative and then remaining components and see what you have. You can do this visually by creating two bubbles out of the one, one dark and the other light. Explore the purely negative aspect of the feeling and work through that as I explained above. Then explore the positive feeling as well and do what I suggested there for them. Find out what each aspect of the desire, positive and negative, represents as its own individual and different desire. You have two different desires that have become unnecessarily enmeshed with each other.

Conversely, you can explore a negative feeling that you tend to have and associate it with a desire using a similar visualization. First, think of the negative feeling that you want to learn more about. See the desire that is encompassing this feeling as a bubble and go into it. When inside the bubble, tell yourself that you can now effortlessly identify it. What is it?

In my case, I had a depressive feeling I often struggle with. By going into the bubble I could see clearly that I wanted to travel back in time to a place before I was born, where I was happy and unencumbered by the physical world. Next, I broke this desire into its positive and negative portions.

The negative portion was a desire for complete numbness and absence of feeling, to be beyond feeling anything. This is the negative emotion that I need to give conscious expression to by identifying with it and writing it out.

The positive feeling was happiness expressed as a desire to have a loving family and community that surrounded and supported me, a desire for community.

I can now go on to say, My desire for positive community happy. My desire for positive community wants to make me happy. When I have achieved my desire for positive community I will be happier than I am now.

My happiness has been blocked and it has been expressed in the form of a blocked desire for positive community. I can do an affirmation such as, I want to be happy more often and more easily.

Also, to extend this, we can connect a problem that we have in the physical world to a negative emotion. We do this by entering into the problem as a bubble and exploring how it feels inside. We then work with this feeling by entering into the desire that contains this feeling within us. Then we go through the whole process as described above.

Remember that you are the means by which the One Being is experiencing everything, as are everyone else. Your identity having been created will go on forever, evolving and improving. But you will be able to return to the most fundamental levels of being even beyond your individual identity one day, and you will not be denied any experience. The experiences you have here will be given to you as your own person creations, even though they really only happened through you. You will be given ownership over them and they will be yours to share forever. And by sharing them you will be propagating yourself as successfully as anyone who has raised a child.

L1) The mind shows you darkness, pain and confusion when engaged in untruth and light, happiness and infinite possibility for activity when facing the truth.

The basis for all unhappiness is untruth, which is also the basis of physical existence. Identity separate from God is untruth; it means that the individual perceives a situation that doesnt exist in reality. The identity that is separate from God in terms of its own perspective is the basis for all pain. Without the perception that ones identity is separate from God, there can be no disconnect from knowing the Truth and the possibility of seeing oneself as being separate from God is prevented.

Physicality does not exist in reality. It is a state of being that has to be imagined by the person as they are in Truth, at one with God. So, some aspect of their mind engages fully in the fantasy that physicality is real and that they are trapped in it while the bulk of their being remains fully anchored in reality, controlling the nature of that fantasy. This is the only way that physicality can be manufactured.

Because there is no suffering whatsoever in reality, in being at one with God, and it cannot exist in reality, it has to be manufactured as a fantasy. This is the sense in which all suffering is based in untruth.

The identity that perceives itself as being separate from God, whether it sees itself as being in the afterlife or physical, is filled with intense pain that is sometimes conscious and at other times subconscious. This pain stems from a strong, unending feeling of guilt that is generated by being a individual that is separate from God.

Why is guilt a constant byproduct of individuality divorced from God? This is because of the misperception that in reality separate from God that it is possible to harm others. Within God, in reality, it is not possible to harm others because reality is generated from within each individual in such a manner that no person does anything to anyone, ever. Rather, all events come directly from the desires of the individual in God that experiences them.

In this setting, if one wishes to be with another person or do something with them, then it is automatically true that the other person wishes to be with them as well. This happens because all individuals in God are at an ultimate level one being and one mind. This allows a perfect synchronicity of desires between individuals in God.

In individuality separate from God, one is aware, either consciously or subconsciously, that all of ones actions lead to suffering for others. For example, to be an American means that your existence generates massive amounts of garbage, poverty in third-world countries, pollution and supports tyrannical regimes in other countries. Although you as an individual are not directly responsible for these events, your simple act of being and paying taxes makes you part of the problem.

Every action you take, from the way you glance at someone to how you do your job all create ripples of effect that cause pain to others. Your mind is aware of this, even if you are not. Because your mind perceives itself as being separate from God, it is therefore separate from the knowledge that would prevent this guilt. If it could see that it has never hurt anyone because all events arise in the mind of the individual perceiving them, it would be free of all guilt. But it does not have that knowledge.

Individuality separate from God arises directly from the desire to have experiences separate from God. That is to say, consciously or subconsciously, the mind that is engaged in separation from God actually wants that experience.

Guilt generates pain in the mind. That pain, in turn, is expressed as painful emotional and physical events. So, in essence, mind constantly punishes itself for its own perceived guilt. That guilt can only be relieved by completely being engaged in God.

When the separated individual returns to God, it happens by degrees. First, the individual must develop morality and character at some basic level. This is simultaneous with the development of a conscience. As conscience develops, the person switches from a law-abiding and rule-oriented system of governing themselves to being able to trust their own ability to operate in the world in a conscientious manner without being told how to do it.

After this, the individuals conscience becomes more and more sensitive and refined. This simply means that more and more of the persons total minds sense of conscience has migrated from the subconscious level of operation to the conscious level.

At this point the individual becomes quite pained at what they see in the world. They are so bothered by every aspect of suffering in the world that they become quite immobilized. No matter how conscience they are, they are eaten alive by guilt at the world that they are a part of. No amount of care in their own personal actions alleviates their incessant pain. The world becomes quite unbearable to them.

These feelings were always within them, but they did not experience them consciously. Now they are experiencing these feelings in a fully aware manner and they cannot escape from them. The world becomes their torture cell and they can see no way out. Even suicide doesnt offer any promise of solace.

At this very painful point in their personal evolution the person makes a breakthrough Spiritually. Up to this point they have made a great deal of progress in terms of their Spiritual understanding. This progress was actually simply a reflection of their internal self-understanding. Now they experience the breakthrough of seeing that they are part of God. They waiver back and forth between individuality divorced from God and being God within their own individuality.

God within ones own individuality simply means that you see that you have always been a part of God. God is like a vast country filled with beings. Rather than swallowing and digesting beings, destroying their individuality, God, encompasses ones individuality, allowing you to keep it. It becomes an entirely positive addition to ones being.

Originally, we existed in God in total equality with one another. We collectively conceived of the idea of individual differences. We wanted to experience this for ourselves. God warned us that the experience would be unpleasant, but we wanted that experience enough to risk it. Now we are in that experience, working our way back to who we were. When we are finished we will keep our individuality, but we will also all be equal in God again.

We are each God within God. That is to say that God is like a light and each individual is like a mirror that reflects that light. Each being in God has all of Gods abilities. In fact, each being actually is God. Everything that God is and all other beings are is contained within that person as God within God. This is possible because reality is entirely internal. So, God exists within the person, thus making them all that God is. Furthermore, no being in God is anything but public property; all that they have and are is automatically within each other being in God. So no being in God has exclusivity, privacy or special qualities that are withheld from others in God.

So, returning to our physical being that is returning to being God within themselves, they are now making an important transition. As they move by degrees into being God again, they remember the information that their mind once was missing. This allows them to be free from guilt, which in turn frees them from pain. Seeing that they are sinless, they are free to enjoy life and return to happiness.

Additionally, their focus begins to shift from the external world, which they see does not really exist, to the internal world of God. As they come to increasingly trust and understand who they are in God, all pain and misunderstanding disappears. Additionally, although they still possess their individuality, it no longer possesses them. They naturally return to a state of equality with others in God and their physical identity becomes less and less desirable and important.

Although nothing sounds scarier than losing ones identity, it is simply an exchange of a poorer identity for a better one. There is no loss involved at all. Being in God is about having more, not less. It does not filter out or remove anything from ones being. Rather, it enlightens, or casts a light on every experience in such a way that reality is exposed, happiness returns and peace is reestablished in the mind. This is all a natural outcome of increased involvement with Truth.

Whereas this same person was tormented due to their increased involvement with the Truth, they are now rewarded by it, attaining both happiness and peace of mind, as well as the fulfillment of their desires. This is all a direct outcome of their guilt stemming from their individuality divorced from God being snuffed out.

So, the individual has come full circle, leaving God and then returning to God. During this process they have fulfilled their desire for individuality separate from God. Seeing that God never wanted to hurt them and that their suffering was entirely self generated and that everything they ever wanted rests in God, they naturally and easily return to being God within their own individuality.

Exercise: God Within Myself

In this exercise we will establish our identity in God. This exercise does not create something new, it rather brings back to our conscious memory who we have always been in God.

Begin by getting relaxed and comfortable. Have a pen and paper handy to take notes. Begin by seeing a golden globe in the sky. This is God. Travel up into this huge sphere, that soon proves to be much larger than the largest planet imaginable.

Enter this sphere, which is illuminated with golden light from its center. You will see beings standing along the inside surface of this vast being. They stretch on and on as far as the eye can see. They are all part of God as well as being God in their own right. You are going to join them.

Begin by lying down on the inside surface of God. Imagine that your body represents your identity that sees itself as being separate from God. Now, imagine that a large flower is sprouting and rising up from your abdomen.

See this flower grow taller and taller until it is at least six feet tall. This flower is you as you are in God. Say, This is God within (your first name). This is how you will refer to this new identity from now on. It is God within your own identity.

Now, imagine that you are moving up and out of your body and into this flower. Place yourself fully in it and identify with it fully. As you do, you will experience a dramatic shift of consciousness.

Once your consciousness has fully shifted to this form, change into a human form while keeping this new identity. You will now be aware of many things that you werent aware of before. At this point it will be good to ask yourself questions and give yourself answers. You should continue to do this process as you develop this new identity.

This is just a starting point for you, not the end. You can continue to do a daily exploration of this identity, giving it more and more of your consciousness as you simultaneously relieve yourself of more and more of your identity separate from God.

To do this, go through this visualization process again and then follow it up by asking God to move you farther into being God within yourself. Each time you do that you will experience a deepening of your understanding, a different kind of experience and a more complete happiness.

Happiness is really the ultimate barometer of your depth of involvement with this experience. At first you may not experience a substantial increase or even any noticeable increase in happiness. But as you daily deepen this experience you will very quickly move into much deeper degrees of happiness than you are used to experiencing. You will then even move beyond that to bliss itself.

So, obviously, it pays to keep up the daily work on this exercise. Remember that bitter past experiences may discourage you but you should not let them. The rules have changed and you are now working with being God. God is all about getting what you want and being fulfilled and free from pain.
