Cambridge Staffing (2005 - 2006): Seyfarth Shaw, LLP (2005 - 2006): Coded documents and worked in a variety of miscellaneous positions, including some coding at Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, LLP. Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (2005): Paralegal work in database management and research on a large construction case, supporting three attorneys and another paralegal. Performed document research in Summation iBlaze and Merrill Case Explorer database systems. Created reports, identified database performance issues and performed miscellaneous paralegal duties. Research and discovered previously unseen documents. Worked with attorneys during deposition preparation to identify relevant documents.
Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, LLP (2004 - 2005): Document coding on a large pharmaceutical patent case. Also created reports and performed database research. In 11/2004 switched to a paper industry patent case. Performed document review, internet research, database research, report writing and developed expertise on the scientific dimension of the case.
Randstad (2002 � 2004): Coding and entry work for law firms. Worked at Griffin Cochrane LLP for several months, reading and interpreting documents and inputting information about them into a legal database. Also performed database research. Additionally performed filing and cataloging of legal documents. At Troutman Sanders LLP, performed similar duties, reading case materials and summarizing information and then inputting it into the database. Also worked as an administrative support person at the Omni hotel.
J. M. Waller Associates, Inc. (2001 � 2002): Initially the Office Manager for the Atlanta office, handling all office administration. Coordinated office opening, handled timecard issues with electronic timecard system and assisted staff at other locations. Wrote materials for other staff and created deliverable materials, including graphics. After 9/01 shifted roles becoming the technical/report writer and database manager for the office, organizing contracts, writing bids for proposal, resumes, key entering Scopes of Work for electronic storage and gathered information and populated a database of contract information on Deltek CRM database. In both roles in the office, performed technical writing, editing and proofreading for staff as well as lower level IT duties, handling computer installations and removals, trouble-shooting errors and performing other technical duties.

Also made extensive travel arrangements with our corporate travel department and created weekly and monthly reports on MS Word 97.
