Post and packing charges vary depending on the quantity and destination. Please enquire about actual shipping costs before making payments.

PAYMENT

We accept payments by the following methods.

Postal / money orders denominated in Pounds Sterling (UK£)
Post office Giro
Cash by registered post
Cheques denominated in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank
PayPal

Please ensure that cheques and postal / money orders are made payable to ALEX SMITH RECORDS.

Overseas customers are advised to pay by International money order denominated in UK Pound Sterling made out to ALEX SMITH RECORDS. Please enquire about other methods that might be acceptable.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Please make payment in full prior to dispatch of products. Alex Smith Records reserves the right to charge £10 in respect of any cheques which are returned unpaid.

DELIVERY

Products will normally be dispatched by first class mail for UK mainland addresses and by standard airmail for overseas addresses (-other methods of delivery are available on request). Customer's should allow additional days for clearance and dispatch if payment is made by personal cheque.

OUT OF STOCK

We do our best to keep the stock lists up-to-date. However, due to the size of the stock, there is a limit in how frequently the lists could be updated. Should any of items ordered be out of stock, such items will simply be excluded from the delivery and relevant moneys will be returned. Due to the nature of our products, orders will not be held back, except for special cases where the customer is notified of circumstances.

RETURNS

We will only accept the return of products after giving prior authority - please contact us before sending items back.
