At SmartDress.com your satisfaction in our products is important to us. We know it?s sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item and we want you to be satisfied. You may return any item within 30 days of receipt of the item. Items being returned to us cannot be damaged or worn in anyway and must have the original tags and labels. If an item was originally shipped to you and was damaged in anyway please call let us know immediately. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.

*Please note that merchandise that is featured on our site as Closeouts will be refunded as store credit only.

When returning items, please include your Name, Address, Email and Telephone #. Please let us know if you would like credit or an exchange. We refund any taxes that were charged, but we do NOT refund or credit shipping and handling charges.
