INTRODUCTION:

The basic approach to the Cosmic Vision has been outlined in Part I.  Part II deals with the scientific aspects. The dynamic Phenomena of Cosmic Plasma Universe (i.e. the effect of plasma on dark matter) need orientation with a new vision beyond our solar region. The Universe is a sea of plasma with charged particles, flows, fields, high magnitudes of currents and intense electromagnetic fields that form a reflecting Universe towards sources, flows, fields and interactions. This vision is provided by HST Data, explorers, satellites and many probing missions like CHANDRA and SOHO. All the data should help us to extend the vision from the Solar-Galactic Plane. Further extension to a Three-Tier approach requires intergalactic links to Cosmic Junctions and Cosmic Vision to Laser Distance limits
(10^9 to 10^16 LY).

The core concept of Cosmic Source, Cosmic Flows and regulated cosmic fields need to be segregated from the near environment observations of laboratory plasmas and galactic plasmas. Additionally, wide field Universe data on matter-antimatter concepts should help neutral observations of the functions of
(1) sources leading to Cosmic Source,
(2) fields and reflections leading to Cosmic fields and
(3) flows that make dynamic universe vibrations towards a Core Cosmic-Plasma Universe.
A three tier approach becomes evident and one needs to add the dimensional aspects in modeling for comprehension. The phenomenal observations by the author transcend the borders of some of the scientific fields:

PLASMAS: KNOWLEDGE EXPANSION

Laboratory plasmas ~0.1 to ~1m,
Magnetospheric plasmas ~10^ 9 m,
Interstellar plasmas ~ 10^18 m,
Space plasmas to Hubble distance ~ 10^27 m,
Laser and fusion plasma experimental limits ~10^32 m.
Objects in solar regions, galactic regions, intergalactic groups, clusters, and cosmic junctions are observed under X-ray, UV rays and gamma rays. One sees a
 completely new picture about the Universe. New methods of extrapolation for understanding the emerging data are common practice. Many old observations through the Telescopic Era have been replaced by the Sputnik Era and now by the HST-Explorer Era.

ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FIELDS: KNOWLEDGE EXPANSION:

The electromagnetic spectrum extends from ~1 Hz to 30 Hz by region, with the human brain responding to 8-12Hz, a power-flux density ~10 -10 W/m 2 i.e.Schuman- radiation, to biological and geophysical rhythms. Starting from telephones, TV, X-ray, the electromagnetic fields now extend from ~GHz region
to 100GHz onwards and leading research is presently at 280 GHz to 600 GHz. Plasmas and microwaves have many interlinking devices. At the lower end,
every cell in the human body becomes a transmitter and a receiver. At the farther end, the electro-magnetic fields transcend gravity, solar-heliosphere, galacic
and intergalactic regions.

Based on the electro-magnetic sensitivities, many scientists are now investigating the influences of extra-terrestrial processes, cosmic radiation and field effects
on the human body. The sensitive points of the human being are well connected in a wide range of medical fields, through the head, trunk and entire body by
vertical, horizontal, diagonal and transverse axes (See alternate medicine texts, bio-energy physics, bio-energy grids)

At present, research is concentrated on consciousness and bio-energy aura of humans as very distinct from many other species. Among the scientists of this century, mention needs to be made about Einstein, Alfven and Birkeland; in addition to the present day cosmologists, who have looked beyond the domains of their known fields of sciences. Their contributions have led the present day plasma physics to extend the frontiers of astro- physical plasmas beyond our galaxy to the entire Universe.

The probing mind now extends the vision to multi-dimensional vision towards COSMIC+PLASMA Universe under electro-magnetic, radiating and cosmic-
fields. New methods of processing like Double Magnetic Vortex (DMVT) help the cosmic structure formations and distribution of galaxies, clusters and superclusters. The direction of the search is towards cosmic sources, cosmic flows and comprehension of a regulated electromagnetic field environment. The
vision from a scientific approach helps to solve the mysterious nature of the Cosmic-Plasma Universe both for scientists and philosophers with  knowledge
expansion in many dimensions. For example, the entire Solar Plasma region needs to be looked upon as one dimension. Thus science has to progress with a
clear direction.

The electromagnetic energy is trapped in light-flow mode on the matter. (i.e Energy equals light). This knowledge of Cosmic flow as Plasma (ionised-state) is trapped by the Earth’s magnetic fields and observed as VAN-ALLEN-BELTS. (See FIGURE 1.)

BEYOND GALACTIC PLANE

Any vision of the Universe requires more detailed analysis of the various plasma-electromagnetic interactions. A simplified Universal Energy Model with source, spherical galaxy and spiral formations can be extended with details to a 3 to 3 ½ Tier Complex Universe Model.

COSMIC-PLASMA REGULATED ELECTROMAGNETIC STRUCTURE OF THE UNIVERSE is shown in FIGURE 2.(*See part 1)

The entire Universe is a self-contained energy "Pot" and a COSMIC-PLASMA blanket with a separate energy source. An electromagnetic blanket operates
in alignment with the above Cosmic-Plasma Blanket to contain energy. A Plasma--Electromagnetic Dual Mode Converter (DMVT) near Galactic North or
above the galactic plane operates like a  regulator for all fields and forces forming a Tier.

A main energy sphere accommodating Cosmic-Plasma with electromagnetic fields may constitute another Tier. Each Tier may operate like a processor with
a double conical opposite-faced structure having a spin around a central axis. Such a DMVT structure accommodates electromagnetic wells, plasma shells
and co-axial plasma-rings. At the Galactic South, energy may be regulated from the above two Tiers towards Earth.

The entire solar-orb (Heliosphere) region may be viewed as one Tier. Cosmic Garland Mode Flows may be observed through the spinal column, resulting
in a Seven Zonal Sphere in single or dual-mode to cover the entire Cosmic Universe.

The separate Main Energy Source and six energy centres form the link at the central axis to all the Zonal spheres and radiating fields with increase in
dimensions beyond the Earth region. Helices formations may be observed in all the three Tiers, near the energy centres and in reflections. Neutral and net-
currents and fields may be observed near the central axis through energy centres.

The structure may find similarity in the Cosmic-Plasma region covering several Cosmic Pots, the Plasma Regulated Electromagnetic Universe, the Solar Orb and even in humans (bio-energy fields). The COSMIC-PLASMA UNIVERSE A complex structure shows further details.

More details are available on the development of this model in the books by the author- Plasma Vision of the Universe (1993), Cosmic to PREM Universe (1995) and Vedic-Vision of the Universe (1996-97 in Three Parts). This approach forms a link between several scientific fields. Laboratory plasmas under a vacuum with electromagnetic fields open up new frontiers of knowledge in simulating the cosmic structures observed through HST, Explorer and other data. For further details
