It´s quite easy to handle but you have to know something about html and website building! This is your text area to blog or update your site. Use the "blue.html" to write here and the "index.html" to change the links. I´ve made your two example links, one to the WebArtShop and another back to the mainpage - so you´ll see how you could add links quick and easy. Take the "blue.html" as a sample. You only have to change the text to create new htmls for you website. Just save is as a different html like "media.html" and add it in your linkage on the left.

Please notice this layout is linkware so do not take the link to Bloomin Design down or add it to another place on this website! If you better like a banner back to the WebArtShop take or to link me and put this code to the "index.html" where the actual one is and change it.
