I can only offer words of encouragement.  Hang in there!  From my 
viewpoint, you have done about everything possible.  I've got a 
neighbor who was complaining also.  "You are messing up my stereo and 
my wife can not talk on her cordless phone."  Yeah, I know the feeling. 
 I handed him the paperwork, explained about contacting his phone 
manufacturer, etc.  I use to have a neighbor that would come over and 
curse me out everytime I got on 6 meter SSB.  She finally moved (thank 
heavens!)
