TriMet Code Two-Wheeled Mobility Device This rule may allow persons who have difficulty walking, but who can ride a bicycle, to be certified to take their bicycles on buses. Before the August 25, 2006 revision, it did not mention any specific type of vehicle. It used the term "two-wheeled mobility device" throughout. Before the revision, at least one person's bicycle was designated a "two-wheeled mobility device, and he obtained a blue, wheelchair icon sticker for it. The rule was revised August 25, 2006, possibly in an attempt to exclude bicycles. |
