Physical Description: Severe warping of the Nasal passage during the
tranformation into a Nosferatu caused a condition whereby talking
cannot be achieved. Tony uses a speech box held to his throat, such as
those used by cancer patients, to communicate by speech.


Background: Tony grew up on among the less savory element of Toronto.
While young, he used to run look-out for some of the older boys, and
was rewarded with some of the scraps of their less savory lifestyle.
He was heading for bad trouble during adolescence when his gang was in
a terrible wreck, killing all but himself in a car accident. He was a
mess at that point, and was able to be turned from indulging into a
full-fledged life of crime. He was in his late teens at that point, and
managed to attain a GED by his early twenties.

Tony still had a several street contacts, and decided he would be good
(if he wished to keep it legal)as either a bounty hunter or a private.
A night of beers and a flip of the coin later had him in the P.I.
business.

The work was nothing like he had hoped. It mostly consisted of
following around spouses to catch them cheating (which they almost
always were) but occasionally he got some decent work. He managed to
develop contacts wihtin the media and police as well,as his work was
good and he managed to solve a few legitimate cases as well. He solved
a handful of kidnappings.

The investigation of a missing son on behalf of a family who was
pouring all of their savings into funding his venture brought him to
the attention of Ella Wright. She managed to discover him before
he had invastigated him too much, and started a plan to turn him to
her. had he just disappeared it may have cast blame on her, so instead
she seduced the man, blood bonding him to her and making him a contact
as well as one of her herd. He for the most part enjoyed this, and
was easily swayed from implacting Ella in any wrong doing as well as
becoming uninterested in anything outside of his newparamour for a
while.

It was his efficiency as a weapon of the Ventrue that brought him to
the attention of his new sire. Michelle was offered an opportunity to
embrace someone as a consolation for being pushed from power as
Nosferatu primogen during the recent shakeup in Toronto territories,
so she chose and hurriedly embraced Tony, for his usefulness as well as
the spite she might throw at Ella. She believed the blood bond would be
broken by the embrace, and indeed it was, but she did not count on one
thing: Tony genuinely loved Ella. He is no longer under her spell, a
servant to her wishes, but still he loves her from afar, and looks
after her as he is able.

Tony has just moved to this part of Toronto, so that he can watch over
Ella all the better. He has cultivated contacts with a soup kitchen
worker named Claire, a police detective named Henri, a ghoul of the
Prince, a reporter, and a Hell's Angel biker.
