Jennifer Sullivan, Clan Brujah

Name: Jennifer 'Jenny' Sullivan
Clan: Brujah
Generation: 10th
Apparent Age: Mid 20s
Haven: Queen St. W. Loft
Concept: Mediator
Physical Description: Blonde haired, green eyed. Shes of a
slight
build, due to malnutrition as a child, but that means nothing now
that
she has the blood of the Brujah in her veins. Dresses in a trendy
manner.
Background: Jenny was born in 1850, she and her fraternal twin
sister
the 5th & 6th children of Irish Immigrant parents. The family
lived in
the East End Irish slums of Toronto known as Cabbagetown, knowing
nothing but backbreaking work and grinding poverty. Schooling was
a
privilage of the wealthy, and Jenny and her siblings worked from
an
early age.
In 1865, Jennys twin sister, Julie, married an Italian
Immigrant named
Marcus Caldari (the now current Brujah Primogen). Jenny went to
work
as a kitchen maid in the Rosedale household of the Wright family.
Jennys sister died giving birth to her son, and Jenny found
herself
raising the boy while Marcus laboured, thus creating a bond
between the
in-laws that surpassed their Embraces. The boy however, died
during an
influenza epidemic.
Jenny found herself knee deep in two movements, one she was led
to by
her brother in law, and the other she entered herself. Marcus led
her
to the growing labour movement, the pair joining other men and
women
fighting for safe working conditions and fair pay. Jenny herself
jumped into the growing Suffergate movement, fighting for
equality and
the rights of women.
It was through these two movements that the pair came to the
attention
of Jacob Hedges, Maria Lockwood and the Clan Brujah. Within a few
short years they were Embraced into the clan, first Marcus, then
Jenny.
Many Kindred in the city make the assumption that the pair are
lovers,
but nothing could be further from the truth. The family ties that
bound them in their life carried over to their unlife. Jenny is
Marcus unofficial second in command, and her loyalty to
clan is second
only to her loyalty to her brother-in-law.
