In less than 36 hours, I'll be watching the Transformers movie.  This is the same movie that, about three years or so ago, I would have told you would never come to be.  I remember talk of a live-action Transformers movie was "in the works" for quite a while and I thought it would never come to pass.  I'm glad I was wrong.

And in less than two weeks, CybCon will be in full swing.  I'ts been quite a ride between last years' show and this year.  We lost our toy-maker-extrodinaire due to personal reasons, but through an amazing turn of events, we have an exclusive toy.  Although, the toy isn't what makes CybCon what it is, it expands on it.  CybCon is a wonderful expression of the local Transformers fandom.  It's fun to get together with all the local (and the sometimes not-so-local) gang to celebrate what we have in common.
