As we always do, we are spending the weekend in town, at Grand Forks.

This Sunday we are visiting the Anglicans at Holy Trinity Anglican Church.

The church is a fairly recent rebuild with a very practical design.

I took some pictures, with permission, after the service. This is a detail of one of them. The pillar is the trunk of a local cedar.

We ran into a parishioner from Bristol, where I was born. It's a small world!

Setting out again, the further inland we come, the more forests there are.

This is early morning, before the day warms up.

It is beautiful here, especially with the wonderful sky. I usually take pictures for the record but I am enjoying taking views and texture stock photos.

I think there may be a calendar coming on!
