  • changes to combat system - cast while moving, fire bows while moving, no meditation penalty from armor, max regens across the board, cast while holding weapon and shield, drink pots while holding weapon and shield, no cool down timer on any pots, fire horn has no cool down timer and doesnt break, armor rating protects from magic damage instead of magic resist, parry only works with a shield, fishing boosts piercing weapons, mining boosts bashing weapons, healing another player or pet with bandages is an instant heal, chain lightning and meteor swarm damage multiplies for every target it hits, players cannot interupt eachother but mobs can interupt players
  • changes to travel and housing - recall runes cannot be marked or used, house cellar addon deed, only 8x8, 10x10, 12x12, and 14x14 sized houses are available, house vendors charge zero gold, World Atlas for instant recall to anywhere in the world without the need for magery
  • changes to crafting - crafting out of special materials provides ar bonuses, using a valorite or yew runic tool will provide the best weapons in the game, all player cooked food items will provide increased stats when consumed
  • changes to resource gathering - all resource veins except ore contain unlimited resources, spinning wool generates an absurd amount of cloth, deep sea serpents have been replaced with dolphins who always drop 10 special fishing nets and 10 mib
  • changes to items - custom pigments that can dye any item in your backpack, world atlas rune book that will open the door to every location in the game, masterlooter backpack will instantly loot all corpses around you based on your preferences, green thorns when pushed into grass or dirt will provide regs in 8 stacks of 999, fast feet sandles increase players speed to faster than mount speed when running
  • other changes - a custom building in haven was created where the bank was located prior to the switch to aos on official servers, poker tables are located within the haven building along with many vendors, the blessed item property doesn't work for murderers, never run get too stuffed to eat anymore
Gold is earned fastest through raiding dungeon chests, sos maps, treasure maps, skinning and mining. To make money from skinning or mining you have to sell bronze and above to a blacksmith or horned and above to a tanner. Killing doesn't yield that much in UO Ultra.
10x 120 Skill balls are sold by the provisioner for only 3000 gp.
