They are all those components
that integrate a text and that somehow offers to the reader opportune
information according to the level of the reading in which it is. These distinguishing elements are:
Topic Sentence: It is the oration that initiates all
paragraph, in which indicates of summarized way the subject to treat in the
text that follows to him so that this way notion is had of which it is going
away to read.
Example: The work teaches. Every day when we
arrived at our works begins a new experience, this also arises not only like
product of the interactions with our superior fellow workers and but of the
changing nature of the external atmosphere.
Certainly, in this process we are discovering things new every day and
equipment for our labor and personal performance. The Topic Sentence is: The work teaches.
Supporting Details: They constitute the body of the paragraph
since it offers all the details of the exposed thing in the Topic Sentences, of
structured and organized way.
Continuing with the previous example,
we can extract that the Supporting Details is: Every day when we arrived at our
works begins a new experience, this also arises not only like product of the
interactions with our superior fellow workers and but of the changing nature of
the external atmosphere.
Closing Sentence: In this oration the conclusion or
affirmations is specified of summarized way that can be deduced of the
paragraph previously exposed.
In the developed example
previously, we can find that the Closing Sentence is: Certainly, in this
process we are discovering things new every day and equipment for our labor and
personal performance.
Kinds
of paragraphs
Definition
Paragraph: One talks about to when from
the Topic sentences the exposed elements are taken to develop them and to
explain them.
In he himself
example: The education process can be divided in two types, according to the
way in as it takes place: first it is defined as a formal activity in where
clearly east is known intention and the one that instructs has cause knowledge
and a scientific or professional learning of certain subject in special; and in
the second case education takes place like part of the performance of a formal
activity in which it acquires of an implicit form the new lesson, for being

the subject.
Classification
Paragraph: It consists of grouping each one of the
elements that compose the paragraph according to their affinities to develop them separately.
In the previous

Descriptive
Paragraph: It is when within

explained in the previous examples, the following thing can be said: Education as formal activity acquires with

Paragraphs of opening can be distinguished, enumeration, comparison,

It is necessary that it knows well as to coordinate the human efforts
with the material resources for the profit of the objectives that considers
the organization in whom it is. In its way to act it must always
maintain analytical, reflective, critical, creative, orientation a mentality. Also it is important that he is able to
promote the participation and adaptation to the changes that are
necessary. Another one of its
capacities is the one to know how to interpret the antecedents in the
different scopes of the country and the organization whom it administers to
determine and to anticipate themselves to the changes. This professional also must be able to
promote and to develop to diverse types of organization as far as his size or
activity, they are public or private, of way so that it manages to optimize
the results and the profit of their objectives are quantifiable or no. (d) A paragraph of Comparison with
seven or more orations.
Although for some it seems
absurd is possible to demonstrate that an administrator has much in common
with an agent chief executive is national or regional. Some of the aspects that resemble them,
are mainly the fact that both must coordinate the resources on which is
counted in its scope. For example; an
administrator of a paste factory must carefully handle to the flour of wheat
and the machineries. By the other
side a President handles with he himself care and responsibility the diverse

institutions that compose their scope.
Also they must delegate responsibilities to other people according to
the area for which they consider are enabled. Finally, both have a position that
implies a responsibility since on them it depends that the organization or
the country, surpasses the different difficulties by which crosses, adapts to
the changes and obtains the objectives that have considered. (e) A

Although many tend
to confuse the finances with the accounting, and that in some essential aspects
agree; also we can mention differences that distinguish them. Although both handle economic resources,
the accounting handles its capital of way very different from the finances and
the procedures that use are different.
The accounting handles like capital the difference that exists between
the assets except the liabilities and this made up of the reserves, share
capital, accumulated utilities, etc.
However the Finances, define their capital like all the monetary
resources, benefits and convertible actions in currency. In the Accounting the cash flow is registered
in the Financial statements at the moment which they
are incurred. By the other side, the
finances, focus in the entrances and effective exits of the money in addition
to their use for the profit of the objectives of the organization. The Accounting focuses in the compilation
and presentation of information, payment of taxes, etc.; on the contrary the
Finances dedicate to the handling of the money and the decision making to
reproduce it according to the entrance and effective debit of money. The Accountant is responsible for the
preparation and presentation of information that allow to verify the operation
of the organization, whereas the Financial administrator takes care of the
analysis and the planning of the cash flow to guarantee that they fulfill
themselves all the obligations which he sees himself forces to acquire the
organization. Briefly unlike the
accounting the finances guard so that the income in a while certain can
guarantee the operation of an organization.
