Why wouldn't Sears want its employees to be involved in Union?In todays economy,it is easier to take benefits and rights away from your employees rather than taking your high end lifestyles away from yourself.If your employees are bonded with each other and belong to a Union,you have an equal entity that is supported by its own group of lawyers,worldwide support,and a contract that you signed,that may effect your million dollar spending account.No longer will you be able to put an employee in the position of having to hire an expensive lawyer to fight you and to tell their children that they couldn't afford Christmas presents, or having to tell their wife that they cannot receive their hard earned retirement benefits yet.......UNION REPRESENTATION KEEPS THIS FROM HAPPENING!
