The main goal of HiLight is to serve for free, rapid and
flexible communication of ideas, before they get acknowledged
and implemented. This unrestricted communication could become
a bridge from individual creativity to the combined creativity
of a collective mind uniting many people into a higher-level
subjectivity.
To avoid rigid distinctions and encourage interdisciplinary
research, no limitations on the topics discussed are imposed,
and there is no necessity to bring the submissions under the
headings of any classification. The divisions between separate
sciences do not need to be kept, as well the distinction between
"science" and "not science" which cannot be
drawn without forcing one opinion over another. It is up to
the authors to decide on the character of their submissions,
and nobody can be competent enough to judge the ideas of other
people.
However, the scope of HiLight is not absolutely unlimited.
The ideas registered should belong to the sphere of "analytical
creativity" - that is, they must originate from
human reasoning, albeit in an implicit and indirect way.
In particular, the scope of HiLight does not cover:
expression of affective attitude to or personal feelings
about something;
religious revelations or prophesies;
any allusions to the mystical forces beyond human comprehension
and control;
suggestions to do something;
advertising of any kind;
criticism or assessment of somebody's acts or views.
In other words, the submissions to HiLight are to refer to
something that is or could be done (at least in principle) by the
people, without trying to manipulate people into doing it. Nobody
is obliged to follow the ideas of the others, and nobody is barred
from liking any idea
and developing it.
