The Cornerstone Law of Umbranti
1. Respect and honour for God the Creator and for His Name.
2. We recognize the existence of a single almighty God, Creator, Redeemer and Consolator, as above all, open to those who want to receive Him by free choice. But the belief is not imposed by force.
3. All are born free, equal and legitimate.
4. No political or religious dogma or belief shall be imposed by force.
5. Human Rights and Fundamental Values shall be respected and guaranteed. The preservation of the fundamental human rights as a common standard of achievements for all.
6. No leader shall have absolute power.
7. Separation and tolerance between religion and state or between religion and politics.
8. A seventh day or a day in every week shall be for rest and free of work.
9. Respect, honour and compassion for all and between all.
10. Nobody or no person shall consider or claim for self as being a god or superior to others.
11. The maintaining and preservation of the nature or natural environment and the continue regeneration of resources. Maintain humanity in perpetual balance with nature.
12. Laws shall be based on morality and ethics, on what is good and right. Protect people and nations with fair laws and right justice.
13. The witness shall tell the truth and shall be protected for this.
14. Marriage officially only between man and woman.
15. Life is sacred and shall be respected, protected and guaranteed.
16. Leadership shall be based on a governing system in which the power is divided in 3 branches, executive, legislative and judiciary, and the supreme power is vested in the Supreme Council, exercised by or along with representatives elected by senior members.
17. Contributions, duties and loyalty are compulsory, including to support each other and to ensure our survival and prosperity. Support our efforts in any way possible.
18. We shall build or reform a human society to a better one, to rebuild a Golden Age Civilization of Humanity, with peace, prosperity and liberty through order and responsibility, and also to save the human race or at least a part of human race.
19. We shall maintain and keep our civilization or at least our community at a good or neutral ethical alignment classification.
20. We shall perform and keep diplomatic connections and collaborations with others, peoples and nations, or other species, especially those ethically good or neutral, but more cautious about those evil.
21. Ponder before to do something for not to behave recklessly, so do nothing of that what you may regret after, do nothing of what could harm, take care of the health of your body and beware of useless lust and immoderate luxury.
22. It is a measure in all things and the right measure is the best in all. A fair and temperate rationality shall be in all.
23. Guide reproduction wisely, to be given birth to children at least 2 per each parent, also protecting them and improving skills and diversity.
24. We shall unite humanity with a universal language for to pass over barriers of mutual understanding.
25. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
26. Balance personal rights with social duties.
27. Avoid slavery and if someone of us falls in it then rescue him from that.
28. Power shall be mainly to protect our freedom and safety and helping the world to become a better place.
29. Wealth shall be for prosperity as a whole and therefore nobody shall be hungry or thirsty.
30. Love and happiness shall be reachable and open for all.
31. We shall defend the basic human needs for food, freedom, health, safety, privacy and shelter.
32. Cannibalism or eating human flesh is entirely forbidden.
33. Secure us and the world we live in and the welfare and prosperity of our people.
34. Gain better life conditions and to live free, prosperous, healthy and in safe.
35. Be open to all potential members who are deemed reliably loyal enough to join.
36. Work with your fellow team members and avoid any disputes. Settle member disputes in the our Court of Law.
37. Attend yearly or monthly summits.
38. Grow the income of our people with sensible, humane, ethical strategies.
39. Oppose Genocide and human rights violations.
40. Do not embark on ideological crusades against foreign powers using our alliance as the platform. Avoid ideologically motivated alliances and instead focus on what is practical.
41. Defend each other in the case of attack, regardless of guilty party. Fight as pragmatically as possible while avoiding atrocities and human rights violations.
42. Agree to all rules set and the leaders's words as law in alliance policy during times of division, no "if", "and" or "but". Nor leaving due to disagreements - every member is expected to commit themselves to unity.
43. Cooperate with alliances of any ideology as long as they during the alliance period agree to work to curtail human rights atrocities, with success measured as relative rather than absolute percentages required. Give benefit of doubt if they claim to be framed, and continue the alliance, but after the alliance, condemn and punish those who are deemed guilty through measures that do not provoke war unless the allies agree to said risk.
44. Neither support nor oppose a global government or system on a alliance-wide scale. Accept and cooperate with nations or governments or factions that support or oppose such whenever practical and in own and collective interests.
45. Have defense budget be at least 10%, with said budget going into the best equipment and training possible.
46. Death punishment, excessive bail, excessive fines and other cruel and unusual punishments shall be forbidden and rejected.
47. No person shall be held to answer for a crime without a fair justice; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence twice; nor in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself; nor be deprived of liberty or property without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without a just compensation.
48. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall benefit of the presumption of innocence and of a fair and impartial trial, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of a defender.
49. Justice shall be rendered in the name of the law and shall be one, impartial, and equal for all, and Judges shall be independent and subject only to the law.
50. The life, health and education of children shall be protected and guaranteed.
51. The relatives of a same family should not marry each other till the 5th degree or line of descendants.
52. Any curse, incantation or spell against another member are prohibited. No envy, hate or enmity between members.
53. Permissions, penalties and other things shall be decided by the Supreme Council.
54. Peace and friendship with all to be our wisest policy, and to be permitted to pursue it, to practice respect and tolerance and to live together in peace with one another as good neighbors.
55. This shall be the cornerstone law of our community and it shall not change. Other rules and decisions shall be complementary to this.
