Payment policies

All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Ultraworks reserves the right to change prices of accounts, products or servies at anytime except in price freeze curcumstances. Payment is due each anniversary month following the date the account was established. Cusomers will automatically be charges again at the end of their prepaid period unless closure notification has already been given.

No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email sortly after the online purchase has been amde. At this point the customer's account wil be charged automatically.

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ultraworks Net Creations against liabilites arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any produts sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Ultraworks Net Creations server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Ultraworks.com
