Transfers are processed on a specific day every week after confirmation. 1.1 Making Offer You can make an offer for a player by emailing that club's manager. Email addresses can be found on the club's page on the website. Managers are expected not to bother managers when they refuse to sell players. Managers reported for harassing managers unwilling to sell players could be punished by league. 1.2 Negotiating Negotiating a deal is done by email. When one club rejects a bid the other team can revise that bid and reply with a new bid. 1.3 Confirmation Transfers are only complete when both teams email the transfer office to confirm the deal with details of the transfer included and matching. Confirmed deals cannot be cancelled. Players must stay at their new club for at least 4 weeks before being sold again. ***************************************************************************************************** 2.0 Loan Deals Loan deals like normal transfers are discussed and confirmed by emailing the transfer office. Max loaned in players per club is 3 at a time. Max loaned out players per club is 5 at a time. 2.1 Terms of Loan Deals Loans have some terms in details of the loans that can accompany them. Time Loans - Loan deals that specify an amount of time for the loan cannot be canceled unless both parties agree to it. There will also be no compensating the other party for early end of deal unless stated in transfer. Managers are responsible for reminding transfer office when the time on loan is up. Playing Time - Some loans may say that the player must play a certain amount of games while at the club or they will collect a pre-determined punishment fee if the player isn't allowed to play enough to meet the agreed amount of games. Other examples G_Oko on loan to Everton from Manchester United - Everton pay Man Utd 1 million if they are promoted/finish in top 5. Players must stay at their loaned club for at least 4 weeks before returning. ***************************************************************************************************** 3.0 Player values Though these are not restrictions we just came up with these to give a vague idea of how much a player would cost. Age, popularity, aggression, and secondary skills were averaged (normally they play a big factor). Main - Cost skill ---------------------- 15 - 7m 14 - 6m 13 - 5m 12 - 4m 11 - 3m 10 - 2m 9 - 1m ***************************************************************************************************** 4.0 Playing time Some players will ask for transfer requests when you dont play them, or they beleive they're too big for the club and they might even have skill decreases if they're requests arent met. Below is a rough guide to help you with playing time. Main - desired skill playing time ---------------------- 15 - 80% 14 - 70% 13 - 60% 12 - 40% 11 - 20% 10 - 10% Time spent away due to injury or suspension is taken into consideration. *****************************************************************************************************
