key_to_success: In my experience, success in ESMS games comes from 
understanding the game and the club's position well and adopting your 
tactics to suit the club's needs.  If the club is already very strong, a 
short term strategy may be preferrable.  If the club is weak, a long term 
approach may serve it the best.
