For General health and well being Yoga is probably one of the simplest and yet most effective exercise routines ever devised by humans. The beauty of Yoga is that it requires no equipment, very little space, and can be performed in a relatively short period of time. It can be done in the privacy of your onwn home or just about anywhere you desire.

Because of Yoga's emphasis on stretching and flexibility, it is the perfect way to increase your ability to bend enough to get your dick in your mouth! Taking a class or getting a video would be the best way to learn how to perform the postures properly. However, in a pinch you can learn enough online to get a basic routine down. You will probably be suprised at how quickly you can develop increased flexibility. For those of you who can almost get your dick to your mouth but are not quite there, a little yoga will probably get you sucking your cock in no time.

The basic routine is called the Sun Salutation
. Follow the routine outlined in either of these links. You will probably want to go through the entire sequence maybe 3-4 times. 

Following that routine, add the Plow Posture, and then the Half Spinal Twist Posture, and the Triangle Posture. Try to do three repetitions of these also.
If you are able to do this routine daily, that's the best scenario. However even if you are only able to once or twice a week, that is better than nothing. You will still see some benefits. If possible try this everyday for a week or two. Not only will you feel better, but you will be able lick and suck your cock with much greater ease.
