What is the Program of Organization and Development? It is a program that supports and provides technical assistance in the analysis of the local and the national reality, in the strategic planning and development projects, and in the grassroots and institutional organizations. This program is intended for grassroots groups, boards of directors, and the team of specialists.

We promote the process of organization at the local level to facilitate the organized participation of men and women in the different levels of the associations, to increase their capacity to identify and solve problems and needs, and to use adequately the resources in order to construct development.

Partners (men and women) have achieved a consolidated organization and gained the ability to plan, execute and evaluate social development projects. In the long term, these contribute to a more fair society.
