PROGRAM OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING

This Department is in charge of managing resources in an effective and efficiente way.

 

Our Mission: In order to guarantee the thurst of the international cooperation agencies, the board of directors and the team, we manage the financial resources of U.A.M.

Our Vision: To have a reliable financial and accounting central system thus contributing to the administrative consolidation of U.A.M.

Training: We give training to the treasurers of the Board of Directors of the AMB's and their accountants. Usually, the topics of our workshops are related to accounting, accounting for non-accountants, basic administration, and credit issues.

Technical Assistance: We support the accountants so that they can implement a manual or a computerized accounting system, and the internal control methods designated, such as, the petty cash recipts, or the mileage of vehicles used for travelling, amongst others.
