Brand Ambassador

• As a Brand Ambassador of Banana Republic, I am required to have full knowledge of the company and the merchandise they possess. I am also required to present, and go above, the exceptional customer service that the Gap Inc. has a reputation for. Since the whole Gap Inc. is customer centric, meaning customer service is the priority, it is my responsibility to make sure every customer feels that they are cared for and receive our full attention. On the other hand, as a BRC Leader, I am in charge of making sure we are in-sync with where the store is at with our BRC’s. Each day we have our own goal for BRC’s, and my job is to make sure we achieve that goal. In order to achieve it, I must bring the energy to the team and give tips/hints to each member. As a team, we must cooperate with one another to make we are presenting exceptional customer service while achieving our goals.

Caregiver (CNA)

• 1st Patient/Family- I helped an elderly who needed help around his house and his land. I was able to learn how to operate much different machinery but also learned skills and lessons that have made me become a better person. My everyday interaction with other people has drastically improved.
• 2nd Patient/Family- Assisted a senior citizen who needed help with daily routine. My responsibilities included preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, help get around the house, and to improve his overall health.
• 3rd Patient/Family- I accompanied a man who, unfortunately, had terminal brain cancer. These types of work, not only prepares me for my ultimate goal, but prepares and develops my mental being for the future. The toughness of this job has taught me the skill of time management, as I was attending my first year of college, and the ability to adjust to different situations.
• Formed friendships which enriched my network.

Languages

Born and raised in Mongolia, Mongolian was my first language. I came to the United States for school where I naturally picked up and have become fluent in English. In addition, I studied Spanish for 4 years in high school and I wish to continue to study by travelling to a Spanish speaking country.

Post Graduation

• Continue my studies and reach my ultimate goal, become a physical therapist.

Goals

• Short term- Receive my Bachelor degree and aim to further improve my experience in different work fields.
• Long term- After years of schooling and becoming a physical therapist, it would be a dream to open my own PT office in Austin, Texas or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Also to be able to travel the world and spread the wealth of knowledge.

Hobbies

• As a multiple sport athlete, I have always been active, and loved the outdoors. Main reason for my love for biology and the goal to become a physical therapist was due to the fact that I played sports throughout my life. During my free times, I would find myself seeking different activities to engage myself in. As a new resident of the Chicago area, I have found myself enjoying activies around the city and meeting amazing people along the way.

Technological Skills

• Throughout my school career, I have used many different softwares, Microsoft being the most used. Along with many softwares in the engineering studies for Intro to Engineering(IED) and CAD for graphical design courses.
