I think the most important aspect of the internet gaining world wide acceptance in the United States is public imformation for everyone. With the internet today you can get information about anything you can think of. The internet gives everyone a voice. Google for example, you can type anything into google and there will be a website with imformation about whatever it was that you typed in. With the world wide web information is unlimited.
