If you have a movie that you would like to insert into a frame of your site or just a new
page as and intro etc heres how to do it

1. click where you would like the movie to be inserted or open a new document

2. click insert>media>flash this will open the document box find the file and click open dont worry
if it says that it will copy the file to your lessons folder it wont interupt the end product

3. once the file has loaded into your movie you will notice it is only a small square icon left click on it the right
click and go to properties when the properties box comes up click the sizes and insert the width and height of the movie you will see
it updates in real time

4. save the page and upload the page and the flash file to the server e.g. geocities.com etc

You can now put flash into your site welldone
