Les Hill
took TV, Magazines and
almost
everything to storm in the UK during 1993
Interviews,
photo shoots, TV appearances, if not on one channel he was on two
channels at
the same time. The man was a pin up, interviews for Womans Own magazine
amongst the
most popular magazines
Smash Hits, TV
Hits, BIG!, MG Mag, TV Soap, J17 and Look in! TV Times, TV Quick
Fast
Forward, Big! And may many more.
The Sunday
Telegraph newspaper in 1993 interviewed Les Hill in regards to his TV
screen success
for Home and Away.
He told
the newspaper of his next razor blade cutting scenes of Blake (screen
character) and his screen Girlfriend Meg (Cathy G). As it was
later in the year it appeared on our screens on ITV H&A.
If his success
wasn't enough, it seemed we couldn't get enough of him. Off
screen, on
screen, he was
there in the papers, newspapers, and also in school health campaigns
for no smoking.
Taking part in
sponsors. On Children's TV shows, to evening appearances as
special guest on TV entertainment programmes like You Bet! and day
time chat programmes concerning general issues on The
Time the
Place. Seasons greeted us with Pantomimes, Les in Aladdin, Les in
Jack in the
Bean Stalk. He seemed he was truly wanted in the UK. And from
his interviews.
He gave a down
to earth personality.
With his moody
looks to a generous smile, from acting as a school kid on TV
and off screen, there were interviews from a man.
He was
great in the UK during 1993-94
